Owner has bad attitude. Cheap flowers are way over priced and not even a good selection what so ever. Go somewhere else. Hell, go to Vons.

Our dear son was getting married on a Sat. morning in April on base and I wanted to get a bouquet and boutonnière for them… quickly! Called over the phone and explained the situation and Ali set us up with exactly what we wanted! (they had the flowers ready in an hour and a half!!)
I was very pleased with the service! Ali, thank-​you to you and your shop!

Ordered a Valentine’s arrangement for delivery, first off online ordering is very simple and easy no hassles, a variety of arrangements to chose from, the arrangement I chose was almost identical to the one I picked out, delivery time was very reasonable considering it was very last minute on Valentine’s Day. Was a little over priced but overall was happy with their service.

We had a hard time finding a corsage for my four year old. Everywhere we called either didn’t have toddler size or needed to be ordered several weeks in advance. My husband remembered this place from marine corp balls so I called in. The website says special orders need 24 hr advanced notice but I called about 4 hours before the father daughter dance on 6/​12, the lady was accommodating, she gave me pricing and asked what color my daughters dress was, she was so helpful, took my order and payment over the phone and had the corsage ready in 2 hours. We arrived and it was beautiful, fresh and went great with her dress. My husband plans on coming here for a corsage every year.

I am active duty military and I went to this flower shop to buy flowers for my wife for our anniversary. I bought a rose in a vase which was fine and then I bought a 20 dollar balloon… The retard didn’t tie the balloon so when I got out of the car it flew away. I climbed a tree, I used a pool stick, and I could not get it. Eventually it just floated away into the air. I called the owner told him what happened and he refused to give me another balloon even though HE was the one that did not tie it correctly the first time. He tried to give me the second balloon for a few dollars off and made it sound like he was losing something so precious. its a balloon. its a fucking balloon that had more meaning to me than it has in the store. $ 20 for a balloon that didn’t even make it into the house because he didn’t tie it right.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. As I was checking out an old lady tried to give me a $ 5 discount due to my long wait. Considering I was spending about $ 80, I thought it was a nice gesture. The owner (old guy with a strong middle eastern accent) got pissed and pushed her out of the way to remove the discount. I got in the turd’s face, but he didn’t care since my card was already charged. The flowers wilted in about 3 – 4 days. I won’t be back.

I would not buy from here. How can a business be called Semper Fi Florist and refuse to donate a wreath to the travelling Vietnam Memorial Wall is beyond me?

This place is great, except one thing. The sign on the window says they give a military discount, yet the 5+ times we’ve bought arrangements the man behind the counter says they do not give a military discount.
I think the reason for this is b/​c before you even get to checkout, he’s already thrown in some freebies (a balloon, a nicer flower, etc.). Which is really nice — and that’s a GREAT personal touch for a mom & pop shop. BUT if you say you give the discount, give the discount despite having already given the personal touch of a job well done.
That said, the flowers we’ve gotten there are great and we’ve always been happy with both their flowers and their service. :-)

Well, after trying a florist shop before and not really happy with the order, I decided give Semper Fi a try… I have purchased here for the spur of the moment floral gifts and have been happy. These were simple orders, and made for a child to hold. But I wanted to see what I would get ordering floral leis as I did with my last visit to another floral shop.
The place is small, but has a lot to select from in the store itself. As for the fresh floral arrangements and florals on hand they have a good selection, but that may depend on what days you go. So as I mentioned my visit was for the leis… and I was very pleased for what we ordered. The couple are older and the ordering was kind of a chore because they spoke over each other (with an accent), and it just wasn’t professional, but they are old school style, so if you have the patience it’s all good. They weren’t shy about telling the truth on what you select and will be quick to suggest other options. They are friendly in an odd way.
The prices are so-​so, but you know, if you want a good arrangement you are going to pay the price for a good arrangement, unless you have connections :-) !
I would return, but I will have to make sure I am not in a hurry and turn on my patience mode.

And so that day FINALLY came… when we attended the Marine Corps Ball and he presented me a beautiful and sweet smelling wrist corsage of red roses *YAYE*
