Starbucks

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks and I’m not sure what’s going on with this one. Usually the energy is high, names are yelled, drinks are flying around… Here it felt like we were at nap time with only 3 employees on a Sunday morning. The guy finally remembered to yell some names after I watched 10 people in front of me. So bizarre. Drink some caffeine kids!
Side note. All the breakfast sandwiches should not have to be made by the one cashier on duty. Another employee is necessary here. I’ve never seen such annoyed patrons before.

I love the space in this Starbucks. I like this location for doing schoolwork or just spending some time reading. The service is good and they get my order right. It is my location for distraction free studying.

Back in December I liked the customer service here so much when I came in that I went home and I applied online. I was hired a week later! The management is fantastic here! I’m so proud that as a military spouse I have support and stability with this company. Transferring is always hard but when the time comes it’ll be really hard to say goodbye. I love my regulars and my fellow partners!

The are well understaffed for a Starbucks, forget to write your order on a cup and make you wait as you watch everyone else get their drink who was well behind you. Lack of attention to detail. Very disappointed in this location.

Probably my favorite local Starbucks The employees are friendly and always get my order right. They are one of the few places that make a quad espresso macchiato correctly (in my opinion)

Staff here just can’t seem to follow simple, monosyllabic instructions. Disappointed Starbucks…

Ordered my meal on my phone and got my meal as I arrived nearby where I work at Vons Oceanside as I’m the Courtesy Clerk. This place has been so generous with their WiFi and restrooms. You can also get their WiFi while eating at Chu’s Quick Wok Chinese Cuisine. 5 stars. Great coffee! Love the smell to keep me awake while I’m playing chess app through

Haven’t been at this store in s number of years and normally it’s very good. Today’s service is incredibly slow! We order 5 travelers to be ready for pick up at 730. It’s 8:00 and they are still just starting to brew the last two… I suggest ordering the night before and giving an earlier pick up time that what you actually need.

Hit or miss at this location. I really like the drive through and usually get great service (which makes up for the line being so long most of the time). Went inside on one occasion and probably won’t be back for a while after how rude she was not only to me but the person behind me too. Yes we know you’re busy but remember you work in customer service! At least pretend to be nice!

slowest starbucks i have been too. First the workers were too busy talking to each other. Not very friendly! will not be back.

Customer service was so-​so. Not very attentive and as the barista was busy listening to another barista’s conversation with a customer so she basically just took my money and looked away. Not even «have a nice day or thank you». The rest room was dirty and messy with paper on the floor, water on the floor and needed some attention. It wasn’t busy as I was there on 12÷02÷15 at 10:30 am. This Starbucks needs some attention. In addition, it seems as though these baristas aren’t trained as well as others as I had a few questions about different coffee blends and they didn’t seem to know the answers. Oh well… will find a different coffee shop.

We don’t go here often but when we do, they always make the drinks well. While my drink, Hibiscus Tea, comes out right everywhere, my husband having his iced coffee come out the way he want seems rare. This place actually makes his coffee correctly when we go so he will drive a little extra to go to this location. Normal costumer service.

Oh My Goddess Isis and fantastic they have extra whip cream on your dreams I don’t know what happened but they also chocolate swirls around their drink on my gosh

I’ve studied here a couple times and just wished the location was little bit more study orientated! It just kind of feels chaotic, however it is Starbucks and Starbucks is good!

Very friendly place to visit. Luis always wants to make me come back provding very personal service which I really enjoy. I think this place has a little bit more to offer than the other people. Friendly service, perfect location an nice lay out.

I’ve been here a few times and it’s not too bad but I just wish it was a little bigger. I wish most of the Starbucks (SB) were bigger, stayed open ²⁴⁄₇ and paid their employees more. This location has a few tables out front but nothing that special. The employees as we all know are crazy busy and hardly have time to be on their cellphones. The layout of this SB is pretty good because if the line gets long then it can go out the door.
Like most SB they have the decent tasting food and non coffee drinks are pretty good too. The breakfast sandwiches are a little small but very tasty and the price is not bad. So this is just a basic SB with no trills of a drive thru, a nice size patio or open ²⁴⁄₇.

This Starbucks gets that coffee is meant to be had quickly. I love this store because of the customer service and the very LOUD NY manager. She understands the word customer service. I think the reason for the great service is the lack of a drive thru. More the reason to come here. Keep up the good work, I drive out of my way to come here.

Starbucks in general is overpriced and overrated. Unfortunately the majority of the alternatives are a good 20 minutes away… Boo hoo! However there is an excellent Juice shop right around the corner called JB Juice were you can get a way better Frappicino.
And why oh why did they raise there price on there ice teas about 5 years ago?! It was the one value item on the menu.
Customer service is like a, miss, miss, hit. There are nice service oriented employees but there is an even more handful of moody snobbish ones. But then again they also get a ton of moody snobbish patrons to. Have watched more than once, patrons complaining and arguing with the staff over silly things, like once this lady couldn’t understand her receipt that included a few drinks and a gift card and payment. And the employee explained it like 5 times, that as an onlooker I even understood it, but the patron was arguing tooth and nail over pennies. Between the employees and patrons I usually just want to get out of this place after entering.
Not to mention the CEO of Starbucks has grown increasingly obscure in his political social involvement, with the latest being, asking employees to start «racial discussion».
I think I’m just over Starbucks and would really like to see some other options out there.

Other than the typical Starbucks fare, make sure to get outside of the actual location.
There is a wonderful patio area just outside that is shared with a restaurant in the same structure. Don’t be afraid to sit down, this is a shared space with plenty of shade available.
It was quite pleasant to sit down and enjoy my coffee for about an hour.

This is the closest Starbucks to my house and THANK GOODNESS because I always receive great service when I’m in here.
I went in tonight and got a triple grande hot skinny peppermint mocha with extra foam and Kelly made it wonderfully, perfect ratio of milk to foam. He was also a delight to speak with!
Drink quality is consistently three stars and service is five, hence the four star rating.
They really live by the Starbucks motto of creating inspired moments and as a fellow barista I take notice.
Thank you guys for the delicious beverages and service, you rock.
