Horrible customer service. I ordered 2 half pans of food and while taking it to my car a pan fell. I went back to ask if i could get another one because it slipped and fell the guy told me i had to pay for it. Not even trying to help me out. Thats 30 bucks down the drain that i didnt even get to eat. This place sucks. No more of my business. So basically i paid 66 bucks for a pan of noodles. Bogus. This place sucks. Go somewhere else. Then to top it all off there ends up being a long strand of hair in my noodles. Never again will I contribute to this establishment. Very poor customer service and the noodles are nothing to cheer about either.

I’d been craving Chinese food for a while, and I’d heard Quik Wok was pretty good and cheap. I ordered the Teriyaki Bowl with veggies, and yes it was cheap, hot, and came to the table very quickly. Unfortunately, there was hardly any flavor. I don’t know if they even added teriyaki sauce. It was essentially just a bowl of streamed rice and veggies, which was okay but not what I had in mind.

This place is so yummy! It’s hard to find good authentic Chinese food and this place just gets it. They deliver which is amazing. It’s not just pizza who delivers now! The honey walnut shrimp is good and they always give you plenty of white rice. Try the egg flower soup the next time your feeling sick because it’s awesome.

Food is gross, orders were wrong, owners are not willing to resolve obvious wrong orders that were their fault. When asked for a refund my son was given all ones as if he was going to the strip club later. I think I will just stick with Thai places around Oceanside from now on.

Great bbq pork fried rice and their spicy shredded pork was good in that it had lots of carrots instead of bamboo shoots which I really dont care for. I really like the fact that they used the traditional take out box. Excellent service and super fast too! Huge menu, lots to choose from.

This place is gross, I feel sorry for for the people who have given them 4 or 5 stars. Obviously they have no clue about good food. Look at the menu picture.. nasty and dirty. Orange chicken GROSS. fried rice, HORRIBLE, these nasty noodles. … yuck ! I will never go there again. What a waste of money.

Claims to have a delivery service. Called on 15 September and the said they did not. Bummer. Shoulda taken it as a sign but didn’t and went to pick up. They give a lot of food for the money but the chicken was dry and the food was mediocre overall. Now we have left overs we don’t really want to eat.

I am a huge Chinese food fan and love the food from the OCEANSIDE Quik Wok(I would simply say Quik Wok in general but the Vista location is horrible). I highly recommend the house special chicken :) Great customer service and even better food!

They deliver and they do it quick! as the name would lead you to expect. however the food is just okay. its mildly flavorful, over cooked most times we called, and the rice is dry.(witch for me is the most important part of my meal) every time. but there appetizers seam to be high quality, would absolutely recommended if you have had a few drinks or are just not feeling driving to a great Chinese food place. but if your driving there id go elsewhere, thanks guys

Their service is the fastest ever! I love their won ton soup. The veggies in it is always fresh. Broth is just bland but makes it all the better to add whatever extras you want, … Soy, Sriacha, Oyster sauce like u put in Phở…

Tried this place in search for a Chinese food place close to my home. I liked it. We came on a Saturday night, small little joint in a busy plaza. Most I’m sure do take out but there were several patrons dining in. Our family’s order consisted of Pineapple Fried Rice(with brown rice and tofu), Honey Walnut Shrimp and the Salt and Pepper Chicken. I fell in love with the Pineapple Fried Rice. It was sooo good. Never had it before, though I’ve seen it on the menu at many other restaurants. So I don’t have anything to compare it to but regardless it was surprisingly good with its unique blend of pineapple, raisin and other mixed vegetables. The other two dishes were more for my hubby and son’s. And my hubby unfortunately wasn’t thrilled with the amount of breaded-ness on both the honey walnut shrimp and chicken. I’m guessing the amount of breading helps make the portion size«look» larger perhaps. And it was a larger looking portion but in the end my hubby peeled off most of the breaded part. I think if they just thinned out the batter a little both these dishes would be on point. Thus this is the main reason they are down to 4 stars, cause everything else was really really good. There service was great. Very friendly staff. Served us with a smile. Atmosphere was nice, clean, and updated. Food came out warm and in a timely manner. Thus far this is the better Chinese food I’ve had in the area. I loved all the options they had. They had quite the array of dishes. Great menu. I’m not sure if they have a specialty but I will definitely be back to find out!

I’m a huge fan of shrimp so I usually get shrimp fried rice or the honey walnut shrimp. This place is crazy busy after 6pm or so but the food comes out pretty quick. It’s a small restaurant and they have about 5 tables inside and no outdoor seating. Sometimes there’s a line out the door, too bad they don’t have a bigger location. The shrimp fried rice is huge and then another time I ordered the honey walnut shrimp and it’s nowhere near the size of the shrimp fried rice. The honey shrimp was small compared to the shrimp fried rice .Both are really good and they also deliver which is great because a lot of Chinese restaurant don’t. So overall I like this spot, the food is good and the prices are decent.

Shredded pork w/garlic sauce, white rice and cream cheese wontons — that was my choice for tonight! I should have reconsidered when the young man taking my order had no idea that this was a menu item and thought that I was misreading the item! The entrée had plenty of tender pieces of «shredded» Pork, onions, zucchini, fresh mushrooms, and green peppers but was highly deficient in flavor — especially the garlic of which there was to be a sauce! It was so disappointing because it looked good but was just BLAND!!! I sprinkled on a bit of Sriracha but that failed to give any depth of flavor — only heated it up a bit. Since leaving St Louis, I have been very disappointed in the Chinese restaurants I’ve encountered. With the exception of the big cities — NY, SF, LA, Chicago, Dallas and for some very strange reason, St Louis — I have had pretty poor flavor and variety of Chinese food. I will give this place another try, since I’m here for another 5 months. Perhaps I’ll do better with another menu choice. I was here during dinner time on a Tuesday evening and there only one other person dining in. Several customers came for pick ups. I shall take the leftovers home and add some more garlic and other things to spice it up. Then, maybe I’ll feel I got my $ 16 worth of food.

I have had really shitty Chinese lately since living in OSide. This place turned it all around. Really flavorful chow mien! I got honey walnut shrimp, chicken chow mien, house rice, & potstickers. As a complimentary thing they supplied 2 things of white rice. Easy to use chop sticks and when you ask for soy sauce they actually gave us a good amount! Quick, fast, and friendly delivery I loved it all around. I love knowing I will have leftovers.

I decided to give an updated review because I’m slightly disappointed with this place as it was my go to good American Fast Chinese food when I want food in a pinch. I ordered my typical Garlic Chicken along with Schezwan Beef. Normally I take my meal to go, but we decided to stay in and eat in the restaurant. They brought out the plates, rice, entrees, and utensils. One thing that is different is they put the soda machine behind the counter so you can’t get a refill unless you pay for another drink(or at least that’s what the lady told me behind the counter). Ok that’s fine. Then the rice they brought only contained a bit of rice for two people. Unfortunately what really irritated me was when we were leaving I asked for a box of white rice to go. Considering since we got less than one box for dinner, we definitely needed some more rice for our leftovers. Before they didn’t mind giving you a box, but now, NOPE! The lady asked the owner in Chinese if they could give us one, but told her no and that we would be charged $ 1.99 for a box a rice. I’m not mad at the price, but the principle! You always get a box of rice per one entrée & considering it’s almost $ 10 an entrée and I’m a 1000% sure it didn’t cost that much to make the rice, so I technically paid for it. I don’t like being nickled and dimed. I will still come to this place, but I will order my food to go!

Exceptional! I have spent my meager existence on this earth, looking for a Chinese delivery that mirrors that of the movies and accomplished easy coast lifestyles. Be it, I’m a born and bred San Diegan, I can mention all the great Mexican joints; but till now we were always limited to pizza for delivery. That is until now! BREAKDOWN 1. Food was fresh and delicious. Some with sauce on the side to maintain crispy texture. 2. Twenty minutes tops, that’s from ordering, to the heavenly union of food and mouth. 3. Delivery, my k/d on black ops did not have to flinch, as the food was brought to me. Price was reasonable as the portions are pretty big. The honey walnut shrimp was impressive. Honey walnut massive is more like it. I will definitely be hitting this joint back up. Do yourself the favor and try it, you don’t even have to close the ap, cause did I mention they deliver.

This place will suffice if you need a quick Americanized Chinese food fix. The lunch specials are good and the service is friendly and quick. Prices are pretty fair, for an appetizer and entrée you should be expecting to pay $ 15 which is good enough to feed two comfortably. Although I prefer more authentic Chinese cuisine, this place is good for the cream cheese wontons, Kung pow chicken, and garlic shrimp.

Tried this place out for the first time. It was good. Not stellar but not bad. The food was pretty tasty and the portion sizes are what I would expect for the prices. A couple complaints is that you cannot substitute the rice for anything else, and every other takeout place I’ve been to will, and after all that and I got the dinner home I noticed they didn’t even give me my rice. I give it 3 stars because their customer service was great. They are very friendly! If you live on Camp Pendleton(or near), it’s a short drive to this place via the San Luis Rey gate.
