Panda Express

This place is OVER-​PRICED, OVER-​CROWDED, UNDER-​STAFFED, and the food is not «all that». The food servers were more interested in making sure that they screamed «WELCOME TO PANDA» every time someone walked in every 5 seconds, then they were in getting the food served up quickly and efficiently to the ever expanding line of customers! «Customer service» is clearly part of the «assembly line“process here with knee jerk greetings. and more items to order from then there are people to serve these items. This «chain» restaurant location is NOT worth a second visit!

One of the best pandas I’ve been too. All the food were freshly made, and the customer service is top notch. My kung pao chicken actually have more chicken then veggies which is surprising as most other pandas, all you get is like 4 piece of chicken.

Came in and it was a bit crowded, no biggie! Food was good what you would expect from Panda Express, my son got the kids meal which is a small box with your choice of whatever, he got rice and teriyaki chicken. This meal comes with a small drink and a cookie! The reason I give this location a 3 star was because the cashier with a arm sling was rude, I asked for my sons small drink and cookie and she was very annoyed at least it seemed that way! I then went back to her and asked for a spoon and again said give me a minute and then handed me off to someone who eventually gave me the spoon. I hate to split hairs but I’m a super relaxed guy and it rubbed me the wrong way, kinda like if u was annoying her! But food was good though!

Honestly this Panda Express was not bad at all. I ordered peppered beef and orange chicken with chow mein. The food was hot, it looked fresh and it tasted really good. The line moved fast, I was in and out with my order under 10 minutes. I usually complain about the serving size, but they hooked it up this time. The employees were friendly and very good there job. I will definitely be coming back again.

Walking into the restaurant we were immediately greeted. We arrived 15 mins prior to their closing but their customer service did not cease! Kylie offered to make us a special order of beef and broccoli since there was not any left. As we waited for our food to be prepared Kylie made polite conversation with us. For a fast food place, I would have to say that this has been the most satisfying experience especially so close to closing. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. A+ panda!

This Panda Express does a great job consistently making delicious Chinese food entrees. The Chinese ribs are outstanding with a super flavorful BBQ sauce. The honey walnut shrimp are excellent as is the chow mein. The Beijing beef has a nice glaze of sauce and has a sweet crispy texture. Marilyn, the manager, is responsive to our needs and always is friendly keeping the food fresh and readily available. You can’t go wrong eating here at reasonable prices and tasty food.

I order a catering from them and I’m very specific about the time I wanted it, they made it on time, friendly staff.

Got all the way home to find out that 2 of the 4 things I ordered weren’t in the bag, jus make sure you check before you go or you’ll end up like me, hungry and disappointed

They always hook it up, cream cheese rangoons are to die for! Customer service is great too. Parking sucks but that’s not their fault

This Panda Express location is definitely one of the better ones. It’s close to my work and when the ladies in my office unanimously crave a massive sodium bomb for lunch, this is where we get our fix.
Our first visit was really underwhelming — nothing was freshly made and by the time I made it back to the office (about 10 minutes away), all of the food was lukewarm.
The second visit, I had a large order of the same menu item, so I requested it to be freshly made if possible, and the young lady was happy to oblige. I was offered a water cup while I waited for our food to be made, and overall the customer service was pretty fabulous that time around.
I will definitely return to pick up lunch for the office soon!

Oops I did it again. Against my better judgement, I returned. I ordered a Green Bean Chicken bowl. Upon arriving at home, I found only 4 quarter-​sized pieces of chicken. Cheapo!

Just got the chance to get the lunch! Anna was great, she is so experienced and polite with customers!

Karen and her crew (kylie and Sandra) are amazing. Very sweet ladies that work night shift until close. Karen is the manager and I absolutely love her.

Not a good dinner experience at this Panda Express. It was busy on a Saturday night. I tried to order online, but the site wasn’t working properly — a waste of my time. I stood at the register and the employee ignored me several times and helped someone else. After establishing that no online order was received, she took my order. Sorry to say, the food was very disappointing. It was cold, the orange chicken was not orange, but brown. It wasn’t sweet nor spicy nor good. The Beijing Beef wasn’t spicy, but stoggy. The spicy green bean side wasn’t flavorful. All together, a totally missable to-​go meal. I wouldn’t go back there again.

I highly recommend this place the rice was delicious the chicken and chow mien was on point. The sauce was warm. The only thing was the beef and broccoli the beef had way to much far and didn’t have much flavor to it. My 3yr old daughter took about a minute to chew a tiny piece of meat. And they took forever to make more of the beef and broccoli so not worth the wait. The service was great they even gave my kids Panda Express balloons and all the other kids walking in after us. Certainly better than other pandas around oceanside.

Make sure they give you a big portion, new employees might not pay attention but you are a Unilocaler and deserve the best!
I ordered the honey shrimp which they charge you an extra $ 1.25 but they only gave me five shrimp. Next time i will pay attention when they are serving. Otherwise usually fresh and good service, while i am not a big chain king of guy my son loves this place.

It’s a Panda Express. Food is usually fresh and available. Friendly service with a smile.
Wednesday nights get busy. I’m not sure why.

Great place, was craving this bad for some reason last night. Can’t go wrong with the orange chicken but the broccoli beef/​mushroom chicken really hit the spot. Only drawbacks, their fish and shrimp are always $ 1.25 extra, and they can be annoying about counting the amount they give you. Still good value though, one of my favorites.

Came in only to find that the food was super old and thick looking from being under the lamps for so long.
I also couldn’t redeem a free entrée to celebrate chinese new years, that was announced nationally on the news, because apparently i needed a coupon without exception. :(

I later discovered to my further dismay that every coupon used the same code! Uugh

Point and choose chow behind the glass case didn’t look too fresh.
Service is genuinely friendly and the pricing is average. Good for a quick bite if you’re tired of standard fast food, burgers, tacos, etc…
Portions are bordering on the measly side for the monies forked. You get better quality, fresher food at a lower cost at WoC down the 76.
Flavor with this «gourmet Chinese food» restaurant is meh at best.
