Customer service was good. The cross contamination of foods was the worst I’ve seen. The manager was using the same tongs to cut and serve teriyaki chicken and then go scoop noodles. Food was cold and had to ask for fresh noodles so I didn’t get the scrapings the guy was trying to serve me. Then the manager gives me a partial serving of kung pah cause it was all they had. I wish I was offered the opportunity to change my selection. Definitely make sure you ask for fresh food and watch for them using the same utensils if your allergic to anything.

Terrible service and my bowl of chicken was over ¾ full of rice! Total ripoff. Serves me right for eating there!

The food was ok when I went here. The person dishing up the food asked each person in line if they wanted to sample something before choosing. I sampled the black pepper chicken, and it didn’t taste too bad so I got it. There was a bit more celery than I liked, I was hoping for more of the bits of onion. The sauce was a tad on the salty side, mixing it with rice made it better. The other side I got was the orange chicken. It was pretty much like any other orange chicken at any Chinese fast food restaurant. The fried rice doesn’t have egg anymore, and needed a touch of soy sauce. The chow mein wasn’t too bad, it had less cabbage than they usually do, and that was a good thing. They ran out of some things and would bring it out to your table when they made a new batch. Overall this place was ok for getting something quick to eat, as long as you aren’t expecting some kind of fancy high end Chinese restaurant quality food.

The rudeness and incompetence of the employees at this location caused me to no longer eat Panda Express since its nearby. Unbelievable how bad they are time after time after time

Came in here for dinner. Had to wait almost 15 min. For my food as I watched dozens of customers go by with theirs. The ladies in the back didn’t even apologize to me for waiting and then when my food came out she didn’t even have the curtesy to come out and give it to me instead she just laid it on the counter and walked away. Again no apology. Management you really need to work with your workers on customer service. And tell them to smile too. The only plus was my food was nice and hot. So I’m giving 2 Stars.

Honestly, I don’t get the negative reviews on here. I came here every week for two years, and I loved it each time. They have always been friendly to me, and I loved the food. I will agree, however, that the orange chicken wasn’t always the best, but it usually does the job. I will definitely come here again.

I’ve been to this location several times because its closest to my home. Couple of weeks ago, I came both days on weekend and both days they posted a sign out of teriyaki chicken. Every time I have eaten there the food is warm to cold. My egg rolls tasted like they had been made hours ago. They told me I could have a soda but they were out of ice. Staff is alright but not overly friendly. I went out of my way to try the one in vista and was rewarded with warmer food, bigger portions and ice for my soda. Guess it’s worth the drive.

Rude employee! She looked very annoyed. Made me feel VERYRUSHED! Out of all locations i’ve been to, this is the WORST! I will never come to this location ever again!

Rude rude rude. How can a chain allow its employees to be so rude and indifferent to customers? They hunt for the absolute smallest morsels for samples, then bag your food to go for dining in and, to top it off, put the food in sideways so it spills. Come on, this isn’t complicated work!

Never had Panda Express before, so I decided to try it out. I asked some questions about how ordering works and got treated like I was a complete idiot for simply never being there before. The food was decent, I’d probably go back for the food if I was craving Chinese, but definitely not for the service. It was absolutely terrible.

Panda Express… Express, Fast. Quick. All the food are Great and that’s the good side I’ve seen hereBesides that, nothing else. Ordering was somewhat hard, First no greetings, just Boom! «Wah U Layk? Ciaomey o Fly Lies?» Uhmm what? Yeah, so… Life goes on. Not all people use chopsticks, but that’s all the choices they have in their racks(No fork and knives)…kept movin. Finally at the table, Great!!! Sat down and sensed something wrong… Yup soon enough, lots of left over food on the ground and not sweep up… There it goes. I hope the manager can change all these! Therefore, My city Oceanside, CA will be proud as well. Good luck and maintain a high quality business for the city of Oceanside.

I don’t normally go to Panda, only when someone mentions they want it or someone has a picky palette. I’ve been here a few times, but the last time I came here was during the dinner rush and although there were lots of people ahead of me, the line went pretty fast! My cousin wanted the Kids Meal and I decided to grab something too. I’m really surprised at how much food came with the Kids Meal that next time I’m seriously going to get one myself! «I’ll have the ‘Big Kids at Heart’ Meal.» Mostly everyone comes here for the Orange Chicken, but I’m more of a ‘I don’t want my chicken totally fried and submerged in a sweet sauce that I cannot taste the chicken’ person, so I opted to get the Chicken with String Beans which was actually pretty good for Americanized Chinese Fast Food! **In a kids meal you get one entrée and either rice or chow mein plus a drink and a chocolate chip cookie** Good meal if you’re not super hungry but want a little something.

This is the only Panda Express that the staff is very personable and nice. I’ve never had a bad experience here. There have been times where I’ve been to other locations and the staff isn’t friendly and they just rush you out the door.

Have you ever ate a plate of poop? I feel like I have after dining at this shithole. Sure, I slum it at Panda. I suck down that orange chemical chicken with fried rice. But here it’s so soggy and flavorless. No bit of spice and citrus. The workers all seem predisposed. Bad service for a Panda. If you ever munch manure I’m sure you would love this location.

Usually this place is alright. Whoever the cooks were today they need to step up their game. The mushroom chicken was horrible, the rice was dry and the orange chicken was blah. Hope they have a better day tomorrow.
