The experience was such a disappointment I emailed their corporate account. See below. I just left Starbucks a very unsatisfied customer. During my previous visit through the drive through I ordered four beverages and all but one were not up to the standard of quality expected and previously experienced from Starbucks. When I arrived home, I called the store and expressed the problem. The person Gabby was very helpful and told me the next time I come into the store to mention I spoke with her and the drinks would be on the house. Today, I returned to receive the complementary drinks. When the barista checked the back board she returned stating there was not a name on the board but said they would comp the drinks. I informed her it had beef three weeks since the first visit. I was then met with a very unprofessional attitude from both the cashier and manager on duty. Facial expressions included eye rolls and I was told«Why would you wait three weeks!!!» I informed the cashier Gabby did not mention a time frame and I stated, «I would assume customer service would be more important». To which I was told for future reference not to wait three weeks, what was wrong with the orignal drinks, what time of day was it, and various questions that were not of importance. When I informed the cashier who was working the window she laughed and stated, «oh, he was probably alone». The staffing needs and challenges are not the customers problem. According to your mission statement, «To inspire and nurture the human spirit — one person, one cup and one neighborhood at a time.» This was not accomplished in my visit today, but the complete opposite. I was not inspired in any manner, but left feeling as though I was a bother and my purpose was to take advantage of the company. How unfortunate that not only one, but two of your staff members do not embody your mission statement which reflects very poorly on your company. This will not be a Starbucks which I frequent again.

Place is a cluster Fu$@ 98% of the time. Out of order drinks inside, offers wifi, but where can you plug in your device for power if you don’t want to sit inside the congested, non ventilated interior to work?

What are those!!! If I’m paying for whip cream and chocolate drizzle why didn’t you give me a dome lid! I not only had to say my order 4 times but then you smashed the whip cream and chocolate drizzle I had to pay extra for ?!

This location’s very convenient, not far off the highway, and has a nice speaker/video box where you place your orders. Kind of strangely set up though as the menu is after the speaker box and not being a regular, I always have to look at the menu a bit to figure out what it is I want and remember the different names they have for sizes here. The crew here has always been chipper when I’ve come here so that definitely encourages me, a person who doesn’t usually drink coffee, to come back again!

This location was terrible. My bf and i ordered through the drive thru. 1. We were not greeted when we approached the window. Not even acknowledged. But the woman did happen to greet her co worker by saying«I have so much to tell you». Assumption is that she had something to gossip about. 2. The other female barista was dressed so nasty. She had a tye dye shirt on with Simpsons pajama pants. It looked like she just rolled outta bed. Obviously hygiene is not important there. 3. We ordered 2 tall white chocolatw mochas. Mine had no whipped cream or it had melted from sitting there and my boyfriends drink was about ½ way full. Unfortunately we couldn’t go back to complain since he had a flight to catch. 4. They were so slow. We waited a while for the customer in front of us to be attended to and then we had to wait another 10 minutes for our order. I wish I would have taken images of what we received but we were on our way to the airport so we could not do it. Never coming to this location again. This will be reported to corporate. One of the reasons people come to starbucks is for the experience and this location does not know customer service.

This has become my go-to Starbucks! I hit this place up once a week, and so far, I’ve been pretty happy with this location. The service has been good — fast, friendly, and efficient. Drinks have been consistently good as well. I haven’t tried the drive-thru yet, but cars seem to move pretty quickly through. Parking is never an issue. My only complaint would be the limited indoor seating. I usually like to sit for a minute to enjoy my breakfast sandwich and drink before sitting in CA-78 and I-15 traffic, but occasionally, I don’t get that option because the place is packed. Otherwise, this is one of the better Starbucks locations that I’ve been to.

Love this Starbucks. The staff are friendly and get my order right the first time no matter what or how much I’m ordering… never have to repeat myself eight times at the drive thru. I come here 4 to 5 times a week and they have never messed up my order. Love it!!!

Even though I come by at 5 or 6am, I have never received anything but, exceptionally friendly service from this location. The staff is always spot-on and as opposed to any other drive thru, they’ve never made a mistake. Well done Starbucks O’Dark Thirty crew!

Been to this location several times… not my favorite. Line is usually long… service slow… and drinks are hit or miss. Went through the drive-thru and was suprised by the facetime monitor… this makes service slow because the persontaking your order has to be physically present at the screen and they are usually the one taking payment at window. Needless to say it was slower than normal to experience an awkward exchange face to face to a stranger only to order an iced coffee.

How does one actually review a Starbucks? For me, it’s about time, convenience, cleanliness, taste and consistency! I have been inside this Starbucks and on the patio in the past, in addition to the drive thru, which I utilized today. The lines are somewhat slow at this location and there is always a line here. I have never had a bad expresso drink here — so I know they clean the grounds at the bottom of their equipment… you will have that bitter taste if you know what I’m talking about! The location is not the easiest for on and off access, so it’s probably a better location for staying for awhile. I must say, it’s not my favorite layout for seating and I’m not exactly excited to feel like I’m actually sitting in the parking lot on the patio. The best thing… there is a new ordering booth that has a modern FaceTime screen, First Starbucks I have seen it. I didn’t want to be rude and take a photo of the Starbuck employee looking right at me as if she was right there!

Unfortunately this location has a habit of screwing up my order. I have spoken to tge the manager, Kate & the problem doesn’t seem to be getting better. I keep going back because its the closest location to my home. I don’t mind paying a little more for a customized drink but having to constantly go back to have them correct the order is frustrating & time consuming. Not characteristic of the Starbucks brand!

Drive through is quick and always gets my order correct! No complaints! I always go before class and they never take a lot of time before I’m out of the drive way. This morning I went through the drive though and once ordered I had realized I had forget my wallet! How bad of me! But the girl at the window even let me keep it. Super sweet to me about the situation.

This is my favorite starbucks to visit! I always stop by on my way before school in the mornings and I go through the drive thru. the drive is always busy in the morning but NEVER takes more than 10 minutes which I love! my drink is ALWAYSSS on point and the service is very friendly:) I would most definitely recommend this Starbucks to all my friends. They really care about their customers and the guys and girls in the drive always take time out of their shifts to make small talk with me while I’m waiting for my drink. and the inside and outside of the store is always very clean. Five stars all around.

It’s Starbucks, how can you review it when they are all the same? Here are my tips: This location is great for coming in on a weekday evening to catch up with a friend, which is what I did. There are people doing work and studying, but I’ve noticed it’s not so bad once the evening winds down. There is normally a table or chaise available! This place is NOT the place to get your morning coffee before work. The drive thru is always backed up almost to Dicks, even inside is nuts. If you aren’t in a rush and this place is close by, then be prepared to wait. The layout of the drive thru sucks because people are coming at it from three different directions, then madness starts. DONOT come by in the morning if you have to be at work by a certain time, it’s always CRAZY. If you realize you need a hot chocolate or latte at 5pm, then come on by ;) The staff is always very friendly, and it’s always the same faces which is nice, this means they have stuck around because they like it(or at least that’s what I think).

It’s good, drive through is a hit or miss so is inside. Consistency is key in Starbucks world. If the Leucadia drive through can power through ALL of those cars and orders so fast, so can you? Right? Not to pick you apart, but focus on the speed and the quality and you would have a better score.

It’s not bad as Starbucks go, but it’s not my favorite location. It’s convenient being the only coffee shop between College and Melrose along the 78. Agree with other reviewers that service seems hit or miss. Servers are friendly and the drinks seem fairly consistent, but it doesn’t seem as snappy as other locations. And there’s really few places to sit– no cozy alcoves or cushy chairs. Just hard wooden chairs at regular square tables. It’s just not very inviting to linger.
