Unpleasant, dingy, and scarey. Poor quality of service makes me think they have an owner who doesn’t care or doesn’t try. That’s why I just drive on by.

I went through the drive-thru this morning for breakfast, but it was past breakfast time. So I continually asked her if the icee machine was working, no answer. I continually called for her saying«hello» until she answered me after a while, and she said she said she thought I was on the phone and was waiting. So as I began speaking she gets frustrated and tells me to pull up to the second window which I did with no problem. As soon as I get there I ask once again if the icee machine was working and she answers with an attitude it was. And I said what favors and she gets angry with me and tells an employee next to her to just get the icee and stays at the window with a sour face. I politely tell the employee just forget the order and he was nice and asked me if I was sure and I said yes and left. My advice if you’re working at a place that deals with customer service and your having a bad day either don’t come in at all, or leave it at the door. That experience left me never wanting to go there again and I just drove across the street to McDonalds. I’ll spend my money where I am appreciated.
