Dunkin’ Donuts

Just went there out of every flavors of ice cream we wanted said they would not have any until tomorrow. How do you run a business with no product.

Best service I must say I’m very impressed by the staffs willingness to correct my order. Their egg and cheese crescent was great!

I emailed a complaint 2 weeks ago and still havnt gotten a response yet. Tried to handle it privately, but since they don’t seem to care ill complain for everyone to see.
I ordered a banana split in the drive thru. When the guy brought it out I was shocked. I could not see any carmel or hot fudge on it? I stopped him and said, «you forgot the toppings.» He said, «oh no its on there.» I told him this was a skimpiest toppings I had ever seen. He said, «I know, the manager said we got yelled at by the DM for using to much so now we have to hardly use any.» I told him this isn’t less than normal, it’s nothing… just ice cream. He said the manager made it, sorry.
For $ 5.99 that is ridicules. I can drive 5 minutes away to twisty treat and get a real sundae. Your losing a weekly customer over hot fudge and bad decisions by managers.

We (ok, ok, I) decided to put the crew of this Dunkin Donuts through a little stress test this morning. We are on our way to my aunts and I made her a special pie that I don’t want to melt. So, we are hungry and have a 2 hour drive ahead if us. We pop into the drive thru to grab some food for the trip. Should have we gone inside for our large, obnoxious order? Yes. Did we? Nope, I don’t leave children, dogs, or my special pie in a hot car to roast.
We order 4 pretzel chicken sandwich combos (and 4 drinks and hash browns to go with our combos) and a dozen donuts. We hear the guy over the loud speaker chuckle and say «ok, let’s do this». I know this is not going to be an easy order, they only have 3 pretzel rolls left, he asks if one can be on a cressant, we are fine with that. I hear no annoyance in his voice like I know I would have if in his shoes. He sounds upbeat and cheerful. Let’s do this!
We pull around to the window, they have our donuts ready for us, out come the drinks and a bag is handed to us. Fast. Impressive, but is the food good? Yes, yes it is. I take a sip of my iced dark roast coffee. Yum, no bitterness, just as advertised. They put chocolate in too, just as I requested. Perfection. I nibble in my hash browns. Hot, fresh, crunchy outside, soft middles, and a seasoning that is terrific. Salty and peppery… excellent. I take a bite of my sandwich. Hot, fresh, tasty… chicken is hot and juicy. There is a sauce on my sandwich that brings a sweetness to the party. Very good. My only complaint is that the large salt chunks on the pretzel bun can get to be a bit ovetwhelming, especially if you get some bacon in that same bite, but it’s easy enough to flick salt from the bun, so no biggie. The donuts are delish, of coarse.
When the service is this good, I like to catch the name of the person doing such a great job. In this case, Walter was doing an amazing job and deserves a gold star for putting up with us and never losing the smile from his voice. Excellent job, Walter, hope to see you again soon.

I regularly make stops here before heading over to the library next door for my iced coffee (and sometimes a donut, if I feel like misbehaving). The service is friendly, always smiling and happy, and the employees are personable. My go-​to is a medium Oreo iced coffee and it’s fairly consistently made. The convenience of a store closeby, Dunkin’s fair (basically not Starbucks) prices and fine quality coffee keep me coming back. A fine place to be a regular at during the summer!

Good service every morning! Very friendly service. I always go through drive through, but when I stop by with my boss we go inside and it’s always a pleasure. My go too is a medium mocha latte 4 creams 4 sugars!!!

The people here are friendly enough, although if it’s crowded they might have trouble keeping things moving.
But the problem is the donuts. The last two times I stopped there, the donuts had the consistency of stale hamburger buns with a very little bit of icing dribbled on.
I would suggest going across the street to Publix for either their bakery donuts or a box of Entenmann’s.

This store is a complete joke!!! All those kids that are working there jokes too much, very unprofessional. I used too love going here to get my daily coffee. However, In the past few months, these kids can never get my order correctly, also it takes forever to get a cup of coffee. The longest I have waited for a cup of coffee in drive through was 20min with 2 cars in the line.
I always request no sauce on my sandwich, however almost every single time, it’ll have sauce in it. And 3 large iced coffee I normally get, each one taste different.
Last time I was there, the manager was just standing outside talking with delivery driver while there was only 2 people working and 7 customers inline trying to order. I left after waiting 15mins
So sad to say I won’t be coming back to this store any more.

This store does not live up to the DD reputation. The coffee /​latte are not consistently prepared and the staff has a ‘ho –hum’ attitude. My bagel barely had enough cream cheese to be visible so next time I requested ‘extra’ cream cheese but of course the results were the same. Unless I am in complete caffein withdrawl, I’ll make the drive to another store from now on.
