Dunkin’ Donuts

Sure I have plenty of DD options every morning but after trying them all, this location takes the top spot. First of all the early morning crew is absolutely the most cheerful and friendly you will ever find. Cindy, Chris, Bri, and all the rest (sorry I can’t name everyone) must have a unique «happy“gene that is contagious. On top of being super friendly, the staff is also very efficient. Even with several cars lined up plus counter customers, the service time is always reasonable and the order is correct. A morning can’t start any better than a good cup of coffee and pleasant people to get you going.

Stopped here for my morning coffee and sandwich on the way to the golf course. Did not go inside so can’t comment on that but did the drive thru. Had no problems in the drive thru and the staff was friendly. My iced coffee was good and the breakfast sandwich was hot. Would come back.

I love DD but I am really disappointed in this location. I have been meaning to try this place out since it opened and finally did. I go there and ask for glazed munchkins and they don’t sell them, they give me a list of 4 types of munchkins they sell… Then I asked for a glazed donut and they don’t have that either. So then I don’t know what to order bc I left my house to try them out and didn’t want to leave without trying something other than the sugar cookie latte I ordered, the lady was kind of impatient and didn’t want to wait for me to figure out a 3^rd thing to order since they didn’t have the last 2. So finally she rattled off a few of the things they did have and I decided to get the glazed cake and wished for the best. I get to the window and she didn’t even remember the drink I ordered so my wait was extra long bc I had to wait for them to make it. So I get home and think well at least I got my sugar cookie latte, only to realize it WASN’T sugar cookie and was just a regular latte. And I hate the way the glazed cake tasted and ended up throwing it on the trash. So I left my house to come here and basically got nothing I wanted, it was a waste of time, money and gas. This is really unacceptable, especially for a location that just recently opened. I’m actually offended bc its like they think since you live in Pine Hills you shouldn’t be allowed to have decent service. I’m certain this wouldn’t have happened in Winter Garden. I would rather go out of my way to go to another location (the one in Ocoee is better) but I am most certainly never coming to this one again.

DD never ceases to amaze me. Fast, fast, fast… even when you order food hot. It comes to you heated up just to the right temp (not so hot you can’t eat it). And, I keep orderign the iced dark roast because it is the BEST!!! Thanks for another great experience at another great location.

I love my coffee, but recently I had to change to decaf! This is my usual location, and u always specify that I want DECAF. However most of the time… I wind up half way through my drink shaky and anxious. I don’t know if they run out of decaf or don’t care enough to double check… but this is pretty much unacceptable. I have also seen many employees cone and go since their opening earlier this year. I’m unsure if they’re not a great company to work for or? On a lighter note… the manager is always so sweet when she us working and recognizes me every visit that she is working. I sincerely hope things change or my business will go elsewhere. :(

I choose Dunkin donuts coffee over Starbucks coffee any day, but the service at this location makes me want to make that extra five minute drive to Starbucks. I decided that the drive thru line was too long so I went inside and was ignored by all the employees. I was asked by an employee how my morning was going but they didn’t ask me if I had already been helped. Other than that the coffee and food is great.
