We had an issue with our pool motor not working. Instead of insisting on purchasing a new motor, they advised us to bring it into their store for an evaluation. They didn’t charge us for an evaluation yet spent time advising us how it can be fixed. We have regularly frequented the store for chlorine and other incidentals for several years. We are thrilled that with their advice we fixed our motor and without paying a lot of money to a contractor. Thanks!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I tried to return something the employee told us we needed it or you would be back. After I said we didn’t want it, he went and took the product and through it back on the shelf. I could here them in the back room saying bad things about me and even saying «stupid is as stupid does». Never returning here again when there are so many other pinch a pennies I can go to.

If you own a pool or a hot tub, then hit this little hole in the wall for a steal on chemicals. I used to get a decent break at Vita Spa and this store even beat those prices.
Don’t expect to walk through the doors and see flashy displays. If neaty and tidy is your idea of hot poop, the interior is cold diarrhea. This is a no frills bin and barrel type of store. But they have everything you need and rock bottom prices.
Join the Ocoee cheapskates and hop on over here for what you need. I love pinching booties but pennies are even better! Don’t get played by the chain stores, come get your deals here sucka!
