Competition is healthy in this shopping center. I have never seen a shopping center with so many duplicate business in one area.
Three chiropractors.
Three nail salons.
Two Chinese restaurants.
Two pizza joints, and an Italian restaurant.
Two cleaners.
A Subway and a Quizno’s.
The anchor store is Publix, and a newly opened Publix liquors opened a few doors down. Victory martial arts, a fro yo shop, real estate and dance shop round out pretty much everything that’s located here.. .
except for the two hair salons.. .let’s not forget those.
