The customer service was great. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by the staff with a smile and a welcome to Walgreens. The young lady who checked me out was hey helpful and patient with me.

If you want excellent customer service, go see Dora in the photo department. She goes out of her way to help customers and find you the best value. While I must admit all employees there are good about greeting you when you’re in near proximity, Dora’s friendly demeanor and professionalism lets you know she truly cares.

Come here all the time because its down the street. Usually come for specific sales. Always friendly atmosphere.
This last visit was for some Blue Rhino propane which they just swap out. They usually have a few staff members on hand so I was able to be in and out.
Very convenient. I rather come here then spend my time waiting at walmart.

This review is specifically for the pharmacy. Went in and needed to have three prescriptions filled. Recently left my job and am being switched over to COBRA. Hong Ngo was the pharmacist that day and she was waiting on me. Typical Walgreens pharmacy traffic — busy! The transactions were denied becasue the switch had not taken effect yet — Hong spent her time working around that and making sure I got my meds. She signed me up for a prescription discount card — and while doing that there was a power surge and all the info got lost and the system was not coming back up. There was a line of people and not once did she lose her cool or try to shuffle me off. And there were several people in line that she made contact with and said something personal to them in relation to their needs — so she has regulars — remembers them and cares about them. Got my meds and my discount card.
Hong made this visit a GREAT experience. Thank you!
