Took them 10 minutes to serve my lunch. DUH, the place is empty during lunch hours and you don’t get the food ready? This place will be out of business very soon.

This has to be the worse KFC I have ever visited. The employees are so rude and slow. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before someone came to ring up my order and still had to wait another 10 minutes for my food. The chicken was dry or overcooked, but the mashed potatoes were ok. I guess you really can’t mess up mashed potatoes. For now on, I will drive further down the road to Popeyes. This place needs to shut down.

This location continues to set the bar lower. Tonight I ordered a bucket of original and a side of corn, among other things. I overheard from the customer ahead of me that they didn’t have any original ready, only extra crispy. I didn’t mind waiting. I got my food and took it home to my family. When I looked at the chicken, I realized they put two pieces of original on top to make it look like a bucket of original but had actually filled it with the old crispy they weren’t selling. On top of it, the corn was so old and overcooked it is actually brown. I’ve been to this location once before, and food was left missing from my order. I thought it an anomaly, but I now know there is something systemically wrong with this location. I will never eat there again.

Slow service They asked for what I ordered 10 times. Asked if I knew what I ordered and if there was a number I could tell them which I did many times and still waited at the window for 15 min on my food. This is the slowest fast food ever. Popcorn chicken is over cooked and slaw has water or something from sitting so long in it. This place is never going to see me again.

Serious issues going on at this location. I walked in and I witness water draining from the ceiling and the newest employee holding on to the counter/register area so as not to slip. Various puddles as you walk in and some cones in place to indicate a wet floor. It’s bad enough the floor is normally greasy but add water and you’re asking for trouble. The guy at the register was very polite as he winced to avoid the splattering water from overhead going directly into his eyes. I asked if they offer a military discount(already knowing that they do but you get a different answer with each set of employees) and he referred to his other co-worker who was precariously sauntering across the wet floor. I received a «Only on Mondays» reply when I know I have frequented this location on other days and on one occasion got the senior citizen discount since it was easier for this particular cashier. Normally I don’t fancy the survey at the bottom of the receipt but I fully intend to make the time to give my feedback on this particular visit. When I see conditions such as these, it tells me that management really doesn’t care about the safety of the employees and is content with unsanitary conditions for customers. I took a brief video and hope it shows the water leaking from the uncovered lights. Odenton KFC, get yourselves together.

Not sure how this place is still in business? We thought it was nice to have a KFC nearby the house but the two times we’ve made the mistake of going to this business we have regretted it. Both times were the drive thru and both times you are promptly told to wait when you arrive at the speaker. You then sit there so long that you feel the need to speak up to remind the employee you are in fact still there.(We have wondered if this is a tactic to get you to leave?) once you speak up they can take your order. This happened twice during the day and a third time at night when I said«F this place!» So if you are that desperate for some chicken and have 10 – 15 frustrating minutes to spare, have at it!

I have am issue with being charged for items and not receiving them. First there were two other cars in the drive thru. I’m in no hurry so I wait. The wait becomes around 11 – 15 mins. I ordered a meal and it says it on my receipt but then I don’t recieve the rest if the meal. #annoyed

I wish I had a time machine so I can erase the past hour from my life. Or maybe a genie that could grant me 3 wishes. I would use one of them to make sure that these ratchet chicken wings were never ordered. I would erase KFC from the planet. But you know what they say wish in one hand… I ordered some chicken wings at the drive thru. Out of the 6 that I ordered, ONE of these mutant chicken wings was semi-edible. The rest tasted like they went on a scavenger hunt on the kitchen floors, behind the ovens, or a KFC mummy museum. Meaning, they at least found one that had been(over)cooked that day. Pretty sure they don’t have a quality control at this location. Waste of my money. I guess it’s my fault I had a good 15 minutes waiting at the drive thru to change my mind. Always listen to your gut. Cause if you power thru eating this ‘food’ you’ll literally be listening to your gut later anyway. Not sorry at all for this shady review. Get it together KFC! You’ve ruined chicken for me for a good month.

I love KFC but this one has more than once gave me cold, stale, and greasy chicken. I submitted an online complaint and over 2 weeks later have not heard anything back. This KFC needs to get its act together. Even the drive thru speaker is horrible.

Let’s be real– its KFC. We don’t go there because it’s gourmet– we go there because our bodies are craving sodium, grease, and crunchy mystery seasoning. That being said, this location isn’t all that awesome. The employees have been hit or miss– we’ve only been through twice. The first time, the lady was exceptionally nice, but our food tasted WAY too salty(even by KFC standards!) and they forgot the honey sauce. Seriously? I could go to KFC and only order biscuits with honey. How does one forget that? ha ha… The second time, we had to drive around again because we were missing a few items of our fairly small order, and I had to ask for the honey sauce. The lady that time was rude BUT she did throw like 20 honey sauces in the bag. Guess what? They’re in my kitchen cabinet, stocked for the next time I get that insane craving for gross, strangely satisfying food, and they forget my honey sauce. :)

The only KFC I avoid in the area. $ 10 three-piece meal, no drink, and horrible service. I ate the food faster than I received it. Better off eating Popeyes and getting a 20-piece(Tuesday special; $ 10) to feed the entire family. Come on KFC franchisees get competitive by matching competitors in the area and hire more people — not by charging the consumer more!

I came here to buy some grilled chicken. No one in the restaurant, no one at the drive through. I was the only customer around. And they didnt even notice me because they were all talking and laughing about something… I coughed. 1 of them noticed and told the only woman that worked there to help me. She said no. But then the manager told her to help me, so she reluctantly did… I ordered 3 pieces of grilled chicken. No meal. 8 dollars and some change?! WHAT?! It said on the receipt that I ordered the meal… Fine. Whatever. But when I got the food? It was JUST the 3 pieces of grilled chicken. Nothing else. I told them politely that I never got my 2 sides and drink. They said I never ordered that and that I only got the 3 pieces of chicken. Then I showed them my receipt and the woman gave me an attitude saying I was trying to confuse her… I couldn’t believe this was going on. Luckily the manager was nice enough to give me a drink. Ok cool. What about my 2 sides? The manager and the woman was giving me an attitude by then. I kept my cool the whole time. Kept my composure. Wasn’t sure why they didn’t like me… Maybe because im Asian? Maybe… After another 5 minutes of trying to tell them I never got my 2 sides… The manager rudely gets a paper bag and throws a few sides in there and drops the bag on the counter in front of me. Felt like doing a round house kick to his face. But he did give me extra sides. 3 pieces of grilled chicken. A drink. And 5 sides. 3 coleslaw and 2 mashed potatoes haha. Bad…

No chicken at KFC!!! Say it ain’t so! Yet that’s what happened. The manager gave us free drinks while we waited 15 minutes for the chicken to cook. Overall service is slow too.

I had hoped this KFC would be redeemed after an extensive remodel but the problems it had before remain… Slow service, inaccurate orders and poor cleanliness.
