Greasy, dirty, and constantly messing up orders. I’ve definitely has better and hate that the employees sound annoyed over the phone. But that’s almost expected at every Pizza Hut

The orders are never done when they say they will, routinely 15 – 20 minutes longer. Staff never seems to know what’s going on.

I am beginning to write this review before I’ve even ordered, and before I’ve ever set foot in this store. I will finish after picking up my pizza and eating it. But here’s what I’ll be looking for in my experience: 1) Is my order correct? Does my pizza have the correct toppings, the correct shape of the crust, the proper crust sprinkle I’ve asked for, and no air bubbles in the crust? Does it look like it shrunk in the dryer? 2) Are my breadsticks properly made? Are they soft and chewy or are they deflated? Is it topped with the correct sprinkle, and is there enough of it? Do they give me marinara sauce in the breadsticks bag, or will I have to remind them? 3) How long will I have to wait for my order to be ready? The website gives an estimated time of completion, and since I am — as always — picking my order up, there is no reason for my order to take more than 10 – 15 minutes to be ready. Delivery anywhere is a crap shoot(not to mention I live way outside this store’s delivery area), so I eliminate that in order to see how well things are being run on the inside of the store. So much of franchise restaurants’ work is done for them: the online ordering, the sourcing of ingredients, the menus, even pricing. So in my mind there is little excuse for inconsistency. Our area is haunted by several poor-performing Pizza Hut’s, which is unfortunate; when their food is made right it can be quite addicting. It makes me wonder if the regional leadership could use some re-tooling rather than just blaming all of these individual stores. I am happy to say that tonight, this store delivered! I was a few minutes behind the estimated pick-up time because I underestimated how long it would take me to get there. My food was ready by the time I arrived, the pizza looked perfect, the breadsticks were spot-on and had the marinara sauce included(I feel funny awarding any points for that, but so many have gotten it wrong). The blokes at the counter were friendly and efficient. And any suspicions that past orders fell flat at other stores from sitting around getting cold were destroyed; it was a solid 20 minute drive back from the store to my house, and I actually whipped up a couple liters of sodastream to go with my food, adding at least 5 more minutes. While the pizza wasn’t as piping hot as it would have been if the store had been closer, it still was everything I expected it to be. I regret to say the distance prohibits me from making this my go-to Pizza Hut. And I would need to order again a few more times(to make sure this wasn’t a fluke) before I could in good conscience give them 5 stars, but my experience there tonight makes me wish I lived closer and could give them enough business to make that determination.

Pizza is standard pizzahut, it’s what you’d expect. I just don’t know why they have a website that lets you order online but doesn’t let you pay online by credit card. Makes little sense to me and it would make life so much easier if it did.

I’ve always ordered pizza from Pizza Hut. I love their pan crust and they usually have great specials. When I place an order for pizza and wings, it’s always fresh, delicious, and hot. At times when I pick up my order, a specific cashier wasn’t very friendly; but overall, I have receive friendly service from other cashiers.

Odenton Pizza Hut is truly playing games… As a pizza connoisseur, its a food you really cant mess up, unfortunately this particular Pizza Hut has ruined my experience and this is the 2nd time in a row. First time no need to mention, I believe things happen, no ones perfect and I give establishment a 2nd chance to redeem it self. HOWEVER… This time the buffalo wings had no flavor at all… wings were delivered, but entire Buffalo was missing. The pizza we ordered was a miss, after 3rd bite realized that saucy, roof of your mouth, edge of mouth zip was missing. They added no sauce to the majority of the pizza, instead there was a slight red sauce peeking on the edge of pizza near the crust. No body really has time to spend ex amount of dollars and be let down. I called and spoke to Jacob the manager. He was pleasant, apologized and asked if there was anything he could do to repair the issue. Politely told him the only thing he could do is «STEP Your game up»…
