First off the place is pretty clean compared to the rest of Odessa. The staff is super nice, I always find myself in little conversations with them. The place is trendy and the atmosphere is pretty chill. The complaint I have with this place was their grilled chicken was too well done. I kept finding burnt crispy chunks in my burrito. I tried to keep going and ignore the burnt taste that was spreading through my food. But in the end I could not even finish the burrito. I hope to return and give this place a better review, but until then three stars is all I can cough up.

So I just got lunch at this location. I ordered a bowl with steak. The steak wasn’t ready and they asked me to wait. No problem. I went to check out and the cashier said it was free because I was inconvenienced and had to wait. I offered to pay again, and he said absolutely not, if the service isn’t perfect, you don’t pay! Wow. Excellent customer service! ! Kudos Chipotle! You have earned a faithful customer!

Just came in from Lubbock, got to say the service there is just on a another level, good energy, the staff has an experienced feel. Odessa’s Chipotle, is plagued by what seems to be an area wide standard of uncooperative service that just makes you want to sigh.

I haven’t had Chipotle in years, just drove by and saw they were open. Outside seating was packed so I figured I’d be here a while… They were SO FAST! The girls working the line were so nice! I’ll ABSOLUTELY be back!

I visited my local Chipotle on Tuesday for lunch, As I arrived at the restaurant, there was no guacamole available, no Pibb Xtra available however that didn’t stop me from getting a quesadilla with half steak and half chicken The quesadilla was a great portion however rather dry needed the hot red sauce complimented well with the tortilla chips. Most tables were dirty and it wasn’t even busy. Overall Chipotle provides a unique atmosphere with fresh ingredients however limited selection on their menu, and for the money your better off across the street at Taco Villa. Average restaurant with exceptional employee service, if it wasn’t for the friendly employees, this place probably be empty.

Was surprised given the shortage in good service in the area due to oil field we actually found good service the two times I have visited this location. Food is up to the good Chipotle standards. Will be back next time I am in the area.

Sacramento, CA
Finally here in Odessa. To my surprise this Chipotle offered a world class experience, from the food to the employees. Amazing customer service at this location, the young girl, I think her name was rebeca, went above and beyond as well as the rest of the crew. I highly recommend this place, the food is fresh and really good.
