They are always out of assorted items like xl cups, frozen drinks are almost never available, and while the food is usually up to Taco Bell standards, the customer service is sub par. Not to mention the fact that their service is usually slower than a herd of snails stampeding through molasses in January.

The girl who took our order did a good job, although she was new. Then the food took forever despite there only being one person in front of me.
The grilled chicken was not very good tasting. The chicken quesadilla was a little better. The soda came out spraying and wasn’t properly carbinated. Not really impressed with this Taco Bell.

All the employees look like ex-convicts and my 7-layer burrito had something which tasted pickled inside. Also every single soda came out super watery! Oh and they charge for water. That is all.

Other than the line always being so long, this Taco Bell on 42^nd usually gives great service. My food usually looks as I would expect when I get it and I’m always satisfied!
Can’t give 5 stars cause I have only been in the drive thru!

This taco bell is not too bad. My food is usually good and I get it quickly. There restaurant seems clean. Its better then the taco bells in midland and the one on west county rd.
