Service SLOW!!! I should get paid to wait this long for one pizza took over a hour and to get drinks refilled had to go up to counter to get them one star bad stay away.

1. AC must be broken.
2. Dirty even though not crowded at 12:30pm.
3. Slow service.

Another bad experience at this restaurant. Ordered my pizza before I went grocery shopping across the street at HEB. When I arrived to pick it up it wasn’t ready. In fact, it wasn’t started. The Manager/Cook was too busy texting to begin my order. Many employees standing around not doing anything. One saying loudly to the other to «say it to my face» to one of the other employees.
I couldn’t wait any longer. Really wanted a pizza but didn’t get it for the second and last time at this restaurant.

I agree with the rest of reviews ! They suck we will never order from them again. 2^nd time ordering delivery. I just cancelled order after 30min late.

The staff here can care less if you get your pizza or not. I like the location on University better. They are much friendlier and have better customer service.
