Very friendly employees! I live out of town and I called to place an order from the floral arrangements that I saw were pictured on their website. I ordered late in the day and requested they deliver them within a couple of hours, if possible. They agreed but said they wouldn’t be able to get all of the flowers that were on the bouquet pictured in such a short time so I explained what I had in mind and my mom’s favorite colors. They did a beautiful job and the flowers arrived on time!

I’ve used Ideal a couple of times now for a local delivery as I live outside of Odessa. Each time, the arrangement was delivered quickly (within 1 – 3 hours), and got rave reviews from the recipient. The manager (and owner) Mauricio is very pleasant and great to work with. Highly recommended.
