I drive an extra 5 miles just to go to THIS pinch a penny store, the staff and the owners are well educated, always listen to my questions and always have the correct answer the first time. I am extremely happy with their knowledge of above ground pools and how helpful and courteous they are. Liann knows her stuff and is always friendly and happy to help me. I trust them and would recommend them to everyone who has a pool. This is a mom and pop store and they care about their customers, I love doing business with them, you will too just pop in and see.

I recently upgraded to a different home that had a pool with a self cleaning, valet service. Previously my other pool was maintained by a pool service and I didn’t know anything about how to properly take care of a pool in Florida. Thank goodness I had Pinch a Penny to give me some wonderful guidance.
From the moment I walked in the store they were exceptionally nice and friendly and made me feel welcomed and not like an idiot for knowing almost –0– about how to maintain a pool. They listened to my situation and advised me that taking care of a pool is not overwhelming and I should easily be able to maintain it on my own without paying unneeded pool service each month. The tested my water and let me know exactly what I needed without overselling me products that I didn’t really need. The prices were very affordable and much less than some other local chains that I had checked with. There have been times when I have called with questions and they were always answered in a knowledgeable fashion with the best possible answer to quickly fix my problem. Also they are independently owned and a true small business. I am appreciative to have found such a wonderful resource!
