The burgers are ok and the fries are good… small very thin shoe string, but they’re decent. I have yet to try the desserts. I want to, but never have room for them after eating. It’s really not bad, it’s just not a place that I ever find myself craving so I don’t make a point to go here often.

Great food, nice servers. One issue that really chaps my britches is the inconsistency in ice cream cones. We were there today and ordered a single waffle cone and a triple waffle cone. The triple is normally a monstrously awesome cone that sticks three inches or more above the rim of the waffle cone. We couldn’t tell which was the triple and which was the single. This happens all the time. You never know if you will get the big cone shown on the picture on the wall or get completely ripped off. Don’t bother ordering the triple. This has happened three of four times that the triple is no bigger than a regular cone. Some standardization would be nice. But the fries are great and the staff are cool. Nice big booths at which to eat.

One of the few times I had been to Freddy’s, I ordered my meal with a cement mixer. All was good until I took a bite of my cement mixer and pulled a very long blond hair out of my mouth. NASTY!!! After many months, I decided I would give them another try. I get up to the speaker to order. I sat there for at least 5 minutes without any acknowledgement. Needless to say, I left! I will not ever go back! I’ve never had a great experience at this restaurant.

This 50 style burger bar is a fantastic place to stop and grab something to satisfy your appetite. Topping the menu is the steak burger, which I found super delicious. The awesome burger is the only reason I’ve added one more star to my review other wise it would have easily ranked in the three star range. Nothing else was really that«wow». Their fries were not awesome similar to In and Out. Sauces were decent. I didn’t try the shakes. I guess their awesome. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt. I went hungry and left full.

Great fry’s and burgers. Custard was amazing. Staff friendly and accommodating. Everything is made to order and they are fast! Would go here again

This place has some of the way burgers I have ever tasted and the service is just great! But the only complaint I have would be cleanliness. There is lots of wrappers and straws everywhere. And the bathrooms are almost as bad as 7 – 11. But over all great food and great service.

We love this place! They have thin burgers and the best little matchstick fries ever. My husband and I are regulars, we go at least once a week.

Wait. Did they just serve me the burned scrapings off the grill in my patty melt? The meat here is so thin the Old lady from Wendy’s is rolling in her grave. You won’t find much beef here. I would have gladly paid a couple more bucks for it too. Service is good and friendly when I went in, so at least 2 stars for that. But I left hungry. The fries look deceptively generous but they are shoe string cut so ounce wise you really are only getting a McDonald’s small amount of them, don’t be fooled. The cut does allow them to be more crispy than other places but you can get in and out to crispy them too. Go any place else and be fed. Or come here if you’re on a diet and dieing for a burger, at least it tasted good, it just left me wanting…

I loved the fries. I tried the patty melt and my husband the California style burger and both were really good(I preferred his). The custards were delicious. The service was very friendly and professional. I recommend this place.

I got the double bacon cheese. loved the patties. They were thin and crispy around the edges and thick and juicy in the center. I did not think they were too salty as others have. Service is great. Manager walked around to each guest asking how the food was. They took my empty tray for me after I finished eating.

I’m not sure why they get suck low stars; I love this place. Their burgers are awesome and custard shakes are so good. I think the food poisoning remark was a bit silly since it takes about 5 – 6 hours for it to take effect not the next morning. They do have thin burgers, I love the seasoning they use on it. If you like a big thick patty this place isn’t for you. The fries are thin shoe string cut, they’re so crispy.

Food is simply«okay». The fries were pretty good though. I lived in Texas for sometime, and anyone that has been down South knows of a chain called Whataburger. They have some of the most unhealthy, delicious Patty melts known to man. But alas, moving back Utah, Whataburger is no longer an option. So any chance I get to try a Patty melt, I take it. Well, they had a Patty melt on the menu. Like many others have said, the burger patties are very thin and overly salted. But not terrible. Not even in the same ballpark as some I’ve had. The girl at the window was nice. Didn’t wait very long so perhaps they are working out some of the kinks from opening. The drive thru design is a little weird. They have double lanes, which seems to be becoming the norm now. But the window is somewhat set in and easy to miss if you’re not paying attention. On top of that, they have way too much of a curb. Even parked right on the curb, you’re still 3 feet away from the window. Overall, might go back. But for the price, you can get a better burger elsewhere.

Not bad food had the double cheese combo, don’t get a single because the meat is so thin though. But good food and great service also the dirt and worms custard is amazing. I gave it 3 stars because you have pay extra to get a double steak burger.

I expected slow service with it being newer, but 25 minutes for 5 cars is a little much. The burger was horrible. Super, super salty, almost inedible it was so bad. Patties are so thin they were crunchy. Wasn’t worth the $ 9 my meal cost. I got it California style for lettuce and tomato. I did like the fries and the custard. I got a vanilla chocolate mix with caramel sauce. I might go back for fries and custard as a treat, but there are better places that are MUCH less expensive. I wouldn’t ever try a burger again. It was the worst I’ve ever had and it was incredibly overpriced.

Only had their custard sundaes a couple of times now and they’re sooo good! My favorite in the Turtle and Dirt ‘n Worms. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant has this nice mix of a retro and modern look to it and it was always very clean when I was eating there. It can get really loud in there so if you get the chance and if the weather allow it I recommend sitting outside in front of the restaurant and eat there,.

Picked up drive through last weekend, was interested because their website claimed 100% lean beef. I think due to it being so new it took me 20 minutes to get up to the ordering booth with only 4 cars in front of me and then another 15 to get to the window and receive my food. Took 15 minutes to get home, the burgers were still warm but due to how thin the fries are they were cold. The patties were extremely thin, maybe an 1⁄8th of an inch however the burger tasted good. Summary: way too long of a wait for the food(bunch of high school kids working I noticed). Tastes okay, taste level is same as Wendy’s but I’d rather pay more and go to Five Guys(4 stars). DIDNOT try the custard so it could be amazing for all I know, hopefully they pick up the pace and have thicker patties in the future. 2 stars for lack of quantity and not enough quality.

We like to try new places so gave this a go. It will be the first and last time. The food is subpar and only worth about a third of the outrageous price. We got some cheese fries and it was literally one potato with a squirt of nacho cheese. The shakes are okay, but super expensive as well. Overall, all the food is very small portions and extremely pricey for the poor quality.

Decided to stop and try their food after hearing good reviews about them. I ordered the cheeseburger California style and a regular fries. The burger was okay, not as fantastic as I was told, it lacked flavor and the onion was really strong tasting. The French fries were $ 2 and they were shoestring size so they got cold quickly, I ended up tossing half of them away. I won’t be wasting my money again on another hamburger and fries but will try their shakes next time.

We were passing here on a Sunday lunchtime and, not even knowing what they sold, came in for a try(with a couple hundred of our closest friends). The place was packed so we decided to give it a whirl. ‘Not Bad’ is probably the overall grade. I only had a single cheeseburger and it came as I had ordered it. The meat is really tasty but the buns are a bit greasy(I think they describe it as buttered something-or-other). My hubs had a double melt which was also quite ‘buttery’. I was going to steal half of his, but the bread was chock full of caraway seeds and was too much for me since I’m not big on them. The service at the till was good, but when you picked up your food they were more interested in getting the next order out than to confirm that the order on the counter was yours. They got our order slightly incorrect — but to our advantage, so…
