Stopped in today for the first time. What a great experience! The customer service was excellent. You feel like old friends from the minute you walk in the door. The products offered are largely varied with items I haven’t seen anywhere else. Next time I am in Maine I am sure I will make the time to stop in again!

Everything about Spoiled Rotten is a wonderful experience from the second you walk in. It even smells fabulous. Toby and his entire staff are the best. They go above and beyond to make you feel so welcome. Ray is hilarious as well. The shop has something that will please everyone and Spoiled Rotten accommodates with any and all questions or special requests. Simply put, it is the one store that you always say, «Oh, let’s not forget to go to Spoiled Rotten before we leave.» …and you’ll feel like family.

Spoiled Rotten is like walking into your favorite room in your favorite place and being surrounded by the most unique, beautiful treasures. It is unlike any shop in Ogunquit –a gift shop, is a gift shop, is a gift shop is not applicable here so don’t miss it. Even you if you don’t buy anything, which I am not sure if possible, treat yourself to one of the few places where the staff actually greet you and exceptional customer service is alive and well. Indulge yourself, it is worth it!

I took immediate offense to the sign at the door requiring parents to hold their children’s hands in the store. And I don’t have little kids! There are ways to make that request-or to make your store and merchandise safe without turning people off. Sadly, they failed in that regard. It just seemed really rude and unwelcoming. There are other shops pretty much just like this one in Ogunquit. We bought our souvenirs elsewhere. I’m sure I’m not the only shopper who feels this way.

My husband and I shopped here on my birthday on a recommendation from a local. Toby and Skip took great care of us. They have a huge selection of locally made candles. Toby knew everything about the products they carry. They made the experience fun and very friendly. Lots of great stuff for yourself and your home. They had so many items on two floors. We got to sample the watermelon margaritas when we were there, what a treat! It is a 3 minute walk from the main intersection in Ogunquit. To say the store is unique isn’t enough, go shop there!

If you are looking to decorate your house, this is the place to go. We were looking for some antique looking items to hang in our kitchen and entry way at our home. This is far from an antique shop. We had looked at countless shops and stores throughout the east coast and west coast. Needless to say we found those items and more. The prices were very fair and the customer service was excellent. They packed up everything safe for our journey home. We dropped almost $ 350 in that nice little charming shop. Their motto says it all.

Definitely one of the shops in Ogunquit worth stopping at. Spoiled Rotten is conveniently located in the hustle and bustle of downtown Ogunquit. It has Stonewall Kitchen items in stock and offers numerous samples to help you make a sounds purchase. I definitely recommend sample some of the jams and jellies.

This is my favorite store in all of Maine. My parents even made a special drive to get Christmas stocking items for me. I looooooooove their candles, especially since there are several that are inspired by the immediate local area. I love the Stonewall Kitchen items and would rather buy it here instead of the actual store up the road. I love the«Spoil Me» shirts, their bottlecap magnets, the drawer sachets, and all the other just plain fun items they have! The gents that run the store are always such a pleasure to talk to and make sure you find everything you need. Love you guys! Wish I could pop in right now…

What a wonderful store. In October 2010, the second floor was opened with additional charming items for the home to choose from. There are only a few people that work here other than the owners, but all take great pride in making you feel appreciated and a valued customer. Its almost like your meeting friends than shopping. You won’t be disappointed with the soy candle colllection on the first floor. They have a small Stonewall Kitchen section that has items that«pack beautifully» with the candles. I realize that I could mail order these items from the company or Spoiled Rotten, but I still get a kick out of flying across the US to visit this store… NOKIDDING! Please do make a point of walking down here(meaning about 1 minute from the traffic center) and exploring what unique and great items they have here.

Best shop in Ogunquit. The soy candles are so yummy — we have them perched on walls in each room of our house. The best one is «Pawsitively Ogunquit» — some proceeds go to animals and the scent is light and fresh and also gets rid of nasty odors. The other items are fun as well — from decorated wine glasses to Stonewall Kitchen to framed photos of the area. Get on the mailing list — very entertaining … I love getting the updates! The website is great as well — — complete with a live feed from the festive front porch.

An absolute gem! Spoiled Rotten is a gift shop loaded with tons of goodies like jams, jellies and mustards of all flavors, and all available for you to taste and enjoy. I normally never visit local gift shops, but with their vast array of assortments to taste, I was in heaven. Not to mention a very cute older gentleman who was extremely friendly and helpful. He gave us tips of where and what to visit in Ogunquit and gave us directions how to get there. Spoiled Rotten is located in a house with an adorable front porch where you can rest and enjoy the weather and scenery. If your visiting Oguniquit, this place is a must. Great place to pick up souvenirs for friends or tasty treats for yourself.

Favorite store in Ogunquit! Love the Stonewall Kitchen selection, obsessed with the candles, and their pet line is so cute! Everything else that they sell is great… I just need a bigger house to fit it all in!
