It is a nice place with a decent location. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful but the old lady is rude. I won’t be going there on Sundays and will let the other employees know of my complaint personally. Otherwise this place is 4⁄5

This is the best place to buy lottery tickets in town. Good selection of wine and craft beer too. And of course you can’t beat the name.

As I was walking along maricopa ave, I was craving a cigar and a possible spirit to Start my day. I saw a place called the «attitude adjustment shoppe» and knew I had to go inside and check it out. I noticed that it was small but that didnt matter. They had an older gentleman that could be the age of my grandpa at the front. I felt a sense of serenity knowing that it was family owned and I was at ease. Some liquor stores make me feel uneasy with all the homeless people and drunks always hanging around. I happened to find shot glasses for this place and purchased them. The older gentleman was helpful telling me about the town since I’ve never been here before. I highly recommend swinging by.

The Shop is one of the places that makes the Ojai Valley so wonderful! In addition to a great selection of beverages, they have a wide range of services. For my small business, they are a real asset! Business and shipping services during the day, and I can grab a bottle of wine for after the work day is over.

I came here to buy my ticket to the Ojai Wine Festival, so my experience is limited, but positive.
I just went to the front counter and the man the helped me was very friendly. They didn’t accept cards to pay for the ticket, so I went to use ATM machine in the store. He then told me that they accepted to checks (which I rarely use or carry— but I was lucky that I had them!) which saved me a few dollars in charges. I appreciated it and I was on my way in a few minutes. I’d come back here next year to get my tickets or for a soda etc. the next time I’m in the area.

The younger guy with the beard is extremely friendly. The older man was giving me a hard time because I wanted to pay with my card and I literally had no cash on me. Not good customer service, maybe I should have gone to the Post office.
