TERRIBLE customer service and high prices!

Lousy customer service. Ordered a window from them. The window delivered had a green tint. The invoice clearly stated that the glass was to be clear. They did not want to correct their mistake. They referred me to the manufacture who wanted to charge me to change the window. Ojai Door and Window acted like it was not their problem.

Should be open on Saturdays. By being open only M-​F it is saying it is mostly for the trade. Unfortunately that drives me to Home Depot. Can’t give it a good rating if I can’t shop there.

Ojai, CA
We love Ojai Door and Window (formerly Meiners Oaks Sash and Door). Same people as MO Sash and door. Micah is incredibly helpful and takes the time to go over all options with you. We purchased a front door and door hardware which we love.
Micah is also great at recommending good people to call when you need to stain or paint or install the doors or windows.
All in all a really nice place with really great people!
