Ojai Vly Community Hospital Multi-Speciality Clinc

I had to go to the ER at this hospital (taken by ambulance for septic shock). It was awful. I don’t know about the hospital itself but the ER is tiny (I believe they are expanding though). My fiancé couldn’t even be in the room with me! I was so mad.
The first ER dr was nice enough but then a woman ER dr came in and she was extremely rude. The nurses were snooty and when another ambulance company/​paramedics came to transport me to another hospital they stood in the room and tried asking questions about my status and the dr and nurses wouldn’t talk to them. Finally they looked at me and said ok I guess we will get the info from you. They were so rude to them because they were mad that my insurance sent them from far away or something crazy, whatever the reason was it was still inappropraite. I have only heard bad things about the hospital itself and the doctors there from Ojai locals.
I hope this was just an off day for them (everyone has them) and that others have a better experience.
