I have no complaint about Dr. Graham’s exam. My complaint is about the lenses made by the lab he uses. I’ve had two pairs of Verily with Crizal lenses made at this office. My lenses alone cost $ 500-​$ 600. I clean my glasses with a silk or microfiber cloth. The first pair developed deep scratches within months. Crizal has a two year warranty against scratching so they were re-​made. The scratches re-​appeared shortly afterward. The second pair developed deep scratches although I seldom wear them because they are not comfortable. They were re-​made. Afterward, I wore them about a dozen times and noticed they were scratched again. This time it was clear that the scratches were the same ones that were there before they were supposedly re – made. It’s my feeling the laboratory put a coating on the lenses to cover the scratches, they were not re-​made. When the coating wore off the scratches re-​appeared. I took both pairs back to the office and explained what I felt happened. The office would not stand behind the lenses. I’ve had 6 pairs of Crizal lenses from other optometrist’s and never had a scratch issue.

I was visiting Ojai for the weekend and woke up with a painful and irritated eye. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to find an optometrist in Ojai, but luckily I found Dr. Graham on Unilocal.His office was open on Saturday, and they were willing to schedule me the same day.
The receptionists were polite and attentive, and Dr. Graham was very good. He took his time with me even though I was his last appointment, and he welcomed any questions I had. He was professional, personable, and I would highly recommend him! If I lived in Ojai, I would definitely go to his office for my eye exams.

I went to this doctor today and he was awesome! He really took his time and was very thorough. I was anxious as I hate having my pupils dilated. He has a very calm demeanor. He gives a discount for cash! Highly recommend!

Dr. Graham is amazing. Great for children and adults.
He also works closely with the Ojai Valley Lions Club helping those who struggle financially to receive the eye care they need. Well done Dr. Graham!

I’m sure most people don’t look to Unilocal for their doctors, but Dr. Graham is the most thorough and amazing eye doctor I’ve found… and I don’t even live in Ojai!
