Worst dining experience I’ve ever had even for fast food! It’s not like I expect much for fast fast food but at the very minimum it should be at least warm. NOPE not here, I’m talking not even lukewarm! The cheese was cold and straight out the wrapper and stick straight it was so cold. My poor cashier was new and getting chewed out by her manager because she was confused(super sweet young girl) and most likely overwhelmed I imagine. Even told that person to be more patient with her. If the manager was in the mood to micromanage they should’ve started with their employee that was chain smoking in front of the entrance of the restaurant which is why I had to opt for the drive through, YUCK! Regret taking the tip from«Tiffany. M» to get the 4 for $ 4, each item was colder than the last. Go to get my receipt to fill out the survey(which I never do but it was soooo bad) and had to go back through the drive through to ask for it while the same manager being rude to the employee gave me death stares. I finally get it and low and behold guess who’s the general manager listed on the receipt? You guessed it «TIFFANYMILLER.» Wow! This place deserves negative stars and can’t wait to fill out my corporate survey about how they treated the staff in front of waiting customers.

Went online and saw the baked potato with sour cream and chives. Walked down to the local Wendy’s and ordered a couple. Got home and the baked potato looked like an old shoe. The chives that looked fresh chopped on the site didn’t make it, instead there was a dark green dry chives seasoning sprinkled on it. The«Acidified» sour cream was nasty. And the not butter«Buttery Best Spread» added zero flavor. Wendy’s bag reads«Quality is our recipe», I’m glad they get a good laugh while they take our money. I like fast food, greasy, cheap it’s OK with me, but Wendy’s gives crappy food a bad name.

We came here for lunch. We order couple of chz burger and frosty. I mentioned that I have a donations key chain for free frosty. But the cashier was so rude and she didn’t make one for me. I won’t come back ever again.

Expensive. My brother and I ordered two cheeseburger meals and each ordered a small frosty. The total was a few cents shy of $ 18. Wendy’s is selling fast food for the price of restaurant-quality food. Plus, the burger I received with my meal was sloppy and had a hair in it. Bleh. Mistakes happen but next time I’ll take my eighteen bucks to an actual restaurant.

I used to come here more often, when I was eating more fast food, and my friends and I nicknamed this location«Time Warp Wendys» because it was as if your order was ready for you to pick up even before you’d finished stating it! More recently, this location is more like an average fast food restaurant, with average wait times for your order. I like that this location is never overly busy though, so you don’t have to wait in line and the orders still come out quickly, if not before you order them. The drive through is open late and is convenient. Staff are polite and professional. The dining room is average, and the food is tasty Wendy’s food. What more can I say? Oh, this most recent visit I tried their BBQ Pulled Pork on a pretzel bun. It was very tasty. I got the sweet BBQ sauce and I appreciated that they ask, and give me three options for sauces so I don’t get stuck with the spicy and so my husband doesn’t get stuck w/o spicy. :)

Everytime I try and give this store the benefit of the doubt, it fails. Ordered through the drive through. Requested COKE. After I get home, I have DIETCOKE. Didn’t ask for diet coke. Asked for regular coke. I am so tired of them just giving me what they feel like giving me, instead of filling my order like I requested.

I’ve had Wendy’s burgers a couple of times. I have to say I am disappointed when comparing to In-N-Out, Carl’s Junior, Burger King, or even Mc D’s for that matter. Their burgers just don’t taste like burgers. Double the beef or not, it didn’t taste like a good burger. The last time I was there, I tried their W burger at $ 2.99. The buns were not grilled to a crisp. They didn’t give me ketchup. It was so cheesy tasting that I couldn’t even taste the beef. Before that, I had ordered another burger. I don’t remember the name of the burger, but their burgers never gave me a good enough impression to want to remember the names. Service was fast most of the time, since there isn’t really a lot of people there at the time that I go. I got a coupon from the receipt after filling out a survey, but I gave it away. I just don’t see myself going back there, unless I have no other choices for burgers, but at least there is still a Mc D’s in the neighborhood even though I don’t care for Mc D’s either. I rather drive 15 minutes to In-N-Out in Ventura. The place is clean but may need updating. They seem to still be in the 70’s-80’s décor.
