Buxton and Bass Okeechobee Funeral Home & Crematory

This is one of the most unusual Unilocal reviews I have ever done but here goes!
We used Buxton & Bass for my mother’s funeral and viewing. The facilities are beautiful. We only had the viewing there but there is a dining room for meals and various seating areas. The décor is rustic and nice.
The funeral director, Matt, was great to work with. He was available at all times to answer questions and was very knowledgeable about every part of this process. I never felt pressured to make a decision or a purchase. They have a great selection of caskets and paper themes. Matt was great at directing attendees and handling all of our requests.
Anyone planning a funeral is going through a crappy time. I really felt like the Buxton family made this period of my life as easy as possible and I totally recommend them.
