We had a very good experience with Nate servicing our loan. He was flexible, responsive, and got us a good rate on a 30 year fixed. He significantly undercut other options I found and it was easy getting the paperwork setup with him. Our situation on the loan was simple (30 year fixed with area employer) but we had recently moved from California and own property there also opening some non-​standard issues that he dealt well with. I strongly recommend Ideal Mortgage based on our positive experience.
