The workers are rude, everytime I shop here it’s unpleasant. Kohls and Sears are my preferred stores, now I know why. The activewear selection sucks here too, Lansing Jcpennys does have a better selection, and more pleasant workers. I will never step foot in this Jcpennys again.

I like this store. Selections sometimes have few sizes but they have a few really cute items from time to time. Great sales. Staff has always been nice.

This review is specific to the salon — to anyone new to the area who are looking for a no-​nonsense, quality haircut, please go elsewhere. I say this because my boyfriend went into this salon with good intentions to get a quick trim before our vacation and the poor guy was aesthetically violated. There is no way this is the haircut he requested, unless he told her that he wanted it to look like his head was completely misshapen — then she nailed it. We are now on vacation and he is going to pay for a second haircut to get it corrected. I strongly suggest going somewhere else for this service. Thank you for your time and consideration.
