This is the best Coldstone Creamery I’ve been to so far. Excellent service. I was having a bad day but, as soon as I walked in there & they greeted me my mood totally changed & I was delighted. The crew is so kind & so sweet. The whole crew always has smiles on their faces. Even when a customer is upset they know exactly how to handle the situation with a positive & kind attitude. When they do a great job on excellent service, & you tip them they sing the cutest tip song ever! It’s so adorable! This by far is the best Coldstone I’ve been to. I love Coldstone. I always have, & I always will! Especially this one! Don’t get me started on how delicious their cakes are, & how fast they’re built! I guarantee you great amazing satisfaction service at this Coldstone Creamery!

Out of almost everything we wanted. How can they be out of chocolate?! Cashier was absolutely stupid and could not understand I wanted a receipt for my daughter’s cone.
Slow service as two employees play around flirting with each other leaving a third employee to make the cones. We were not the only ones to leave empty handed.
Be ware of this location.

I love Cold Stone. Always have and always will. Ice cream (besides Braums) is hard to come by in OKC so whenever I’m near this place, I always make a stop.
