This was the worst Cracker Barrel that I’ve ever been too. First I ordered the apple bbq chicken with seasonal fruit and broccoli. I also ordered a side of, ashes potatoes and brown gravy. When I brought the order back to my hotel room, I was extremely disgusted with the presentation and lack of order. There was no Apple on the chicken and no seasonal fruit. When I took it back, they were not worried or seemed to care they messed up. When they gave me the seasonal fruit, it was not a side order size, it was in a condiment cup. This is supposed to be a side item to the meal!!! When they took the chicken back, all they did was add cold sliced apples to the chicken. This was horrific service and meal. Usually I love going to Cracker Barrel because of the consistency among the restaurants. Will make sure to let all my military friends and family know not to go to this restaurant.

Absolutely love Cracker Barrel. My wife and I always leave leave feeling more than satisfied both in appetite and finance. I’m a ribeye steak man and where else can you find a 10oz ribeye for $ 14.99? And your getting more than you pay for as it was cooked perfectly and deliciously. My wife loves the country fried steak, which I do as well, so we both end up sharing each other’s meal. As for this fixins(sides), there’s so much to choose from and love all. The chicken and dumplings are a great southern comfort, Mac and cheese is amazing, and of course, hashbrown casserole is a must. Coming for breakfast on the other hand, I can never pass up the biscuits and gravy. Also, your choice of biscuits or corn muffins, I’d suggest trying both, and eat the corn muffins with some honey, just amazing. This place really hits the spot and the amount of food you get is incredible, especially considering the price your paying.

I’ve worked in the service industry for years so I try to give places the benefit of the doubt but this just wasn’t good. I love Cracker Barrel but as my first time at this particular location, I was pretty disappointed. It took FOREVER to get seated, and it really wasn’t all that busy. Maybe understaffed? Our server was so bad. She took a very long time to come back to us each time and it appeared as though she only had 2 – 3 tables to take care of, that is including me and my friend. The food took a very long time to come out and wasn’t hot. A bit warm, but not enough to be satisfied for how long we waited. At least the pancakes and syrup are always really good, and the gift shop makes it more fun while you wait to be seated.

Excellent food. My coworker work from Jersey had never eaten at Cracker Barrel. He loved the the down home, authentic taste. The portions are great for the money, and the staff is very polite, and helpful. Paid $ 35 for both of us.

Worse service in my life and I’ve had so bad service. Our server could not get our order right for anything. Food was cold, and nasty. The chicken fried whatever it was, was burnt and cold tasted like it was microwaved several times over. The server had a hard time getting our drinks. And forgot about them half the time, if it wasnt for the other waiter Jessie we wouldn’t have gotten anything. He rocked for being so awesome. And when we complained about our food to the manager all it seemed like all he did was remicrowave the food which made everything was extremely hard. I’m not ever going back that was the final straw.

I stopped here one night for dinner while I was making my way across country. I can’t say too many negative things about Cracker Barrel, and this was no exception. My server was excellent and the food was fantastic as always. I never had to ask or repeat a thing!

Wish there was a zero star for the unprofessional attitude displayed here. My family and I while traveling cross country stopped here this morning, we were told 20 – 30 minute wait. 45 minutes pass and we are told that it was still 30 – 45 minute wait. The hostess pretty much told us to deal with it or leave after they sat a dozen parties that had arrive after us. Wait to put a stain on the Cracker Barrel name. My advice if you are driving through, there is a McDonald’s a Burger King and a Taco Bell with better service skills than this place

No chicken fried steak in early afternoon, unacceptable. Hope your not in the mood for chicken fry.

First of all, I want to point out that the actual store part of the restaurant has surprisingly reasonable prices. It feels like a novelty store/gift shop, but without the absurd price tags. My girlfriend bought several ornaments here and has been complaining that everywhere else has lower quality ornaments for higher prices. We had a party of 9 so there was a 15 or so minute wait to seat our party. One thing I immediately liked was that they gave us a giant round table, meaning nobody gets left out and isolated on the edges, because there are none. Food: We ordered the ribeye, pot roast, and a house salad. Everything was good, but I think the star of the show is the way in which they offer their sides. Most dishes come with 1 – 3 sides, which you choose from an enormous list. Our dishes came with a total of six sides and as you can imagine, picking that many sides from a giant list is quite an awesome experience. Service: It’s hilarious that all their servers have 1 – 4 stars based on how much experience they have. Our server had 4 stars, which I felt was an accurate descriptor of his knowledge and experience. Value: I feel like we got an enormous amount of food for a reasonable price. Ambiance: It has a really traditional feel. It was a bit too crowded both in the store and the restaurant. All things considered, I would come back here for group events.

Cracker Barrel is one of those places I have a hard time saying anything bad about. I really enjoy the atmosphere and the country style cuisine. It may not be made with superb quality but it’s always been good and have never had a bad dining experience. Today I ordered the southern trout with greens and mashed potatoes w/white gravy. Trout was cooked and seasoned nicely and topped with corn relish, I got two filets(they are pretty thin). Potatoes and greens were just average. I followed up the meal with a piping hot peach cobbler and vanilla ice cream, which I would recommend. I should become a regular here.

Great service. Great food. Especially liked the nondiscrimination sign in the entry. Would recommend for that reason alone!

Friendly staff. Store packed with a lot of goodies. I think women’s clothes were very good deals. Food excellent. Server was attentive. We flew in and this was just down the road from airport.

My family loves CB. It’s not on my top list, mostly cause long waits and slower service. Today I have to say the Ok City CB has set the bar for all others, 100% in full to our server Will. We needed to be in an out in hour(huge feat for a normal CB) and he made it happen exceptional service!

Darlene delivered excellent service tonight– we were three starving travelers and she noticed no had come by our table after a few minutes and offered to start our drinks. When we told her we were actually ready(and super hungry) she took our order and took care of us all night, checked on us a few times, gave us extra biscuits. All very appreciated! The food itself was superior to the Arizona Cracker Barrel restaurants. Best country fried steak I’ve EVER had– crunchy exterior and tender inside, I enjoyed the turnip greens(hubby and son passed on that) we raced to finish the Mac n cheese and gobbled both the corn muffins and biscuits n gravy. My son loved his pancake too… A great dinner here tonight and we enjoyed the table games while we waited for our food.

I have been to a few Cracker Barrel’s before, but being from the West Coast we don’t have them. While passing through Oklahoma we stopped here for breakfast. The woman who greeted us and sat us at our table was fantastic. She was friendly, and even gave me a map of all the Cracker Barrels so I wouldn’t miss them on our road trip. The server however took over 15 minutes to ask us what we wanted to drink. Typically I would have left, but we were hungry and eager to get back on the road. Our visit was on a weekday mid morning, and it was not packed, so I didn’t understand what the wait was for. When the food arrived it was cold and tasteless. Maybe they were having issues in the kitchen that morning, I’m not sure. I give this place 3 stars because of the ambiance and the woman who greeted us. We all have bad days, but a glass of water would have been fantastic!

I was told Cracker Barrel is the place to go for countryfied good ol’ home cooking. I’m not much of a breakfast/brunch person, so I’m glad we stopped in for dinner. It was super duper dead inside which lead me to think we went at the wrong time. After our trip from LA, my better half suggested we head to CB since I have never been before. This was our last meal before our«killer» wedding diet. I was pleasantly surprised by all of the merchandise you can buy in the country store area. They had quite a few things on sale for 50% off. The rocking chairs swayed back and forth on the front porch and looked awfully lonely. We ordered drinks right off the bat, but it took an awfully long time to get them. Our waitress was also MIA during this long awkward period. It was the longest 15 minutes of my life. She came back to take our orders and apologized for the long wait. They had to make a brand new batch of sweet tea. I wish she would have told us sooner and brought back waters or something. I was so thirsty :( Ordered the chicken fried chicken with turnip greens and mac n’ cheese. The serving size = HUGE. Turnip greens were my favorite side dish. I thought the mac was terrible– sorry! It was flavorless and runny… Kind of reminded me of melted nacho cheese which is not my cup of tea. Without the gravy the protein portion was sort of dry. Honestly, I thought Del Rancho was much better. Don’t know if that says much about my taste buds either: X In conclusion, I’d come back to do some gift shopping, but could skip the food and service.

Great place for fun and good food. Can get something good but you have to be selective, my call is stay away from the«institutional eggs» ! The oatmeal is awesome. May have a bit to much sugar and cinnamon for some so be sure to ask before you order. Definitely not my favorite but a fun atmosphere and a great place for kids.

My wife and i both had really great breakfast here! It was a good price for the portion. Due to the high sugar content of one of the items(pear i think it was) i got pretty sick but that was my own fault eating the whole breakfast. The lady serving us was the sweetest, felt like going to grandma’s place.
