I’ve been coming to Dr. Fauks for years and have always been overwhelmingly pleased with his services. They offer an early 7:30 a.m. appointment, which is always so helpful because then I don’t have to be super wait getting to work. I have not once had to wait longer than five minutes in the waiting room before being taken back to get my teeth cleaned. Heather always cleans my teeth and always does a wonderful job. As soon as she’s finished, Dr. Fauks comes right in to check everything out and then I’m done. Despite their promptness in the office, they are incredibly busy and it can take a while to get an appointment if you don’t book early. I’ve only called the office once with a question regarding pain with teeth whitening gel and my call was returned within 20 minutes. I would highly recommend Dr. Fauks to anyone. Self pay prices are very reasonable and he has even waived some things when I couldn’t afford them.
