Super customer service skills. Patient. Nice. Helpful. 100% of the time. It also helps that they sell Beanie Baby Hello Kitties, assorted greeting cards and other random things. Don’t judge.
I have to visit this store multiple times during the week and there is always something wrong with the way our package is put together… Instead of getting mad, they offer to repack it and charge our account. I don’t always bring the company account number with me so the service agent has to look it up. I feel so bad, but they get my shipments out with ease.
I believe the very last pick up for ground and express delivery is at 6:30pm. Don’t quote me though. Always call ahead to make sure the driver hasn’t’ arrived early.

If you need a FedEx, this is the one to go to. The people are awesome, helpful and leave you be.
Its downtown-​convenient, and always empty. I don’t know how they make any money. This location is a ghost town, which is awesome compared to most of these places.
