We used to frequent this place for lunch and it was good. It’s been at least a year since we went last and our family of four went for dinner on a Saturday night. Gross sums it up. Between the 4 of us we tried about everything. The only GOOD(not great) thing was the«Hibachi» plate and the Chocolate pudding. The sushi was foul. The egg roll tasted like it had a cleanser in it. The remaining buffet items were edible. Nothing near great. Really disappointed to see the bill was 60+ for us 4 with 4 ice teas. We could of all had fresh steaks down the road for that. It’s one thing to have mediocre food. It’s another to gouge people for it. Will not return.

I have no idea why this gets 4+ stars from folks! Hibachi was NOT… it was Mongolian, and single flavor at that — all teriyaki and could add garlic and pepper sauce. Although, their«Mongolian» tasted decent. Sushi was extremely fishy tasting, but not in a good way, and I really though my wife was going to spit it out. No deep fried(battered) food had any crisp left. Orange colored fried rice? Rubbery beef that was FAR from coming from a cow. Desserts were fine. Mac-n-cheese was okay. Oh wait, I actually thought their gyros tasted decent. I went to two other bar areas to get stuff(lettuce, onions, dressing) to put in with it, but it tasted good. Had to eat the gyro on a tortilla, but still good. Soups… don’t bother, as they were«thick» from way too much corn starch, and the flavors were off. Better of the soups was the hot and sour, but still not right. Ice cream, sherbet, and popsicles everyone seemed to sufficiently enjoy. It was $ 10.95 for our weekend buffet. Funny when buffets expect 15, 18, or even 20% tip… hahaha. REPLY to comment– was there just before this review, Saturday around 7pm.

This is my favorite buffet in the metro area. One of the few that serve real sushi not artificial crab rolls. Huge selection, outstanding ribs, and delicious octopus rings. If you’re in the area, or even if you’re not but you’ve never been here, this place will be worth your trip.

For a buffet, I am thoroughly impressed with this place. I am ashamed to say that I have gone here by myself sometimes because it is so good. They just have such a large variety, and know how to satisfy my cravings. They have sushi, ribs, fried chicken, and squid. Basically everything you could think of!!! Only reason I give 4 stars is because even though there is a large quantity, the quality isn’t exactly the best. But then again, it is a buffet.

It’s a sushi, hibachi, bbq and regular Chinese buffet all in one! The food was really good. It’s the best hot and sour soup I’ve had in a very long time. Everything was fresh and hot and they never let a try of food go empty. I didn’t try the hibachi part, but the regular and sushi part were good.

I am in town visiting and my parents wanted to go here. I am not a big fan of buffets, but I must admit I was pleasantly surprised and pleased. Everything I ate was delicious and fresh. The buffet was well stocked. The place looked clean and the staff helpful. I’d go back on my own accord.

Went there to eat with a friend. First the amount of kids running around unsupervised made it a meh moment. Then the wait staff that was cleaning around the buffet area was rude. But let’s talk about the hibachi grill. Very tasty and very good. But that was the only thing that was good at the time we visited. The price was a bit steep and the buffet was lacking quality.

Some friends and I saw a commercial for this place and we thought we would give it a try because it looked great. When we arrived the restaurant looked clean and presentable but when we reached the buffet the selection was very limited. All of the chicken tasted terrible! I thought it was impossible to mess up chicken but it was very sub par. The low mien was too greasy, the crab Rangoon needed to be fried longer it was too soft and cold in the center. Over all the best part was the fish and the actual haba chi grill, the rest of the food was subpar. The desert was on point the single serve ice creams were delicious but the resturant doesn’t even make those! Over all 3 stars and that’s being generous, we won’t be back anytime soon.

New in town and went here with a friend last night. We’re both vegetarians and still found a ton of options. It was delicious! Can’t wait to go back. For 10.99 it’s well worth the money.

We come here regularly and have never had a bad experience. The food is great. It’s always pretty busy so they are frequently putting out fresh food. The Hibachi Grill is amazing! Very customizable and the line moves quickly. My personal favorite is the butter shrimp! Hits the spot with some lime and chili. The sushi bar is also decent. Has a good variety.

My wife and I visited Hibachi Supreme Buffet on 6 Aug 2015. Most of the food was just ok, but a few things were actually good. The fried rice and the Mongolian beef tasted very good, and the buffalo wings weren’t too bad either. Everything else was just average, if not below average. The only thing that really disappointed us was the sugar rolls, which are normally my favorite part. We waited around for the fresh ones but they were bland and not very sweet. For $ 11 I would expect a little better but the service was actually good, all the employees were friendly. The woman refilling the food also did a very good job, she was really on top of it!

My family loves this place for the all you can eat sushi. I have three guys with hefty appetites and we just recently relocated to OKC. So they took me here. I have a shellfish allergy which I have always been able to be accommodated at other places. When I asked the two sushi chefs behind the counter the were rude and dismissive. They actually pointed to items that had either shrimp, crab or both and told me that it didn’t have shellfish. If i hadn’t been with a large group I would have probably left. All the servers were very nice but I am hesitant to ever return.

Alright here it goes. I walked into the massive glass doors and I heard a little voice which said«Brett are you there… Feel the value Brett, feel the value». It was then I knew I came across a special establishment. I came right when they opened at 11:00am and everything looked fantastic. I’ll start with the Mongolian BBQ, everything was flavorful, and the person making it was nice and very skilled. The buffet had Won Ton soup! So rare for a Oklahoma Chinese buffet. The rest of the food had good flavor but pretty similar to other places in the area. What really sets this place apart is the employees, so friendly and the manager was great. Best part lunch was only 8 dollars. You have to pay at least ten dollars across the street. To top it off I was going to go to a gas station to get a Monster energy drink and they had it up front for only 2 dollars! I mean come on. Perfect. So clean, so good, so friendly. You guys should be proud of the place you run. If you keep this up, you guys will be a okc favorite fast. Thank you

This really has become my favorite Chinese buffet. The selection is vast and the quality is very good. Prices are very reasonable, especially before dinner pricing. They’re sushi bar is spot on. Everything you’d expect and fresh. There are two grills. I love the grilled Jalapeños and ribs. There are many more grilled items to please everyone. The other grill is custom. Buffet is huge and up kept well and there are desserts as well. I like the fact that there are TV’s present. Lastly, waitresses and waiters are efficient and nice. I guess the proofs in the pudding. I keep coming back and will continue to do so.

Neither impressive nor terrible. There were no visible cleanliness issues; people often over-exaggerate such things. I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone with a shellfish allergy, because there are a lot of shrimp, crab, etc. So, my thoughts on the food, which I tried to try a bit from every dish that I felt like trying. So here we go. THEGOOD Frog’s legs stood out to me. They were tender, fresh, well seasoned, and fried to perfection. I went back for seconds on those. Crab Rangoon was better than most places in OKC. I don’t know what’s up with OKC loading these little delectable things down with huge quantities of sugar, but I’m glad that Hibachi grill isn’t one of those places. Seriously, thanks for realizing that it’s an appetizer, and not a dessert! THE«JUSTOKAY» 80% of the food was good, but not impressive. Standard buffet fare. THEUGLY Mackerel sushi– Very fishy and a little dry. Looked okay, but shouldn’t have been on the bar. I’m confident that I won’t die from having eaten it, but it was not sushi quality by leaps and bounds. Duck– This is directed at the manager of the buffet: At the risk of going on a rant, if you have the carcasses of a few dozen animals that were once living, breathing things… at least have the f***ing decency to learn to cook them right. Duck is not chicken! You can’t just throw it in the oven for 30 minutes and call it good. You have to cook it long enough that the connective tissues break down, and the fat melts away. This isn’t a «cultural difference» thing, either. China and Japan don’t eat gross, blobby, fatty, gristly chicken, any more than people in Europe and America. In fact, don’t many places in Asia, keep roasted ducks in hot glass window cases for DAYS? That goes beyond the European style, which is usually roasted slow, for several hours. So send your cooks to a cooking class of ANYKIND, that discusses the proper preparation of duck, please. PLEASE. They are clearly 100% ignorant. You wasted the lives of dozens of animals, because that duck was GARBAGE. I chewed and swallowed a piece of raw, sub-par mackerel, but I spit your duck out. That’s how bad your duck is. If I had the time to type«disgusting» one million times, it would not begin to adequately describe how bad your duck is right now. I grew up on a farm. I know that sometimes we’ve gotta eat something alive, so we can live. But I was also taught not to kill anything, ever, that I wasn’t going to eat. It’s unfettered waste. And when I sit here, and think about how many people are going to take a piece of your duck, try one bite of it, and then discard it, it might just slightly infuriate me. You are just as bad as a person who would go out, shoot a duck for fun, and then leave it dead on the ground. The waste of life is exactly the same. At least make it EDIBLE, which at this point, you’re not doing. If you can’t make this change, STOP. SERVING. DUCK. IMMEDIATELY. Ginger Crab– Again, made me feel sad for the crabs. Not so much as the ducks, of course, because I’m pretty sure crabs are dumb little creatures, just barely above insects or whatever. So I don’t feel too bad. But holy goddamn, these crabs were bland in the extreme. How can you make something called«Ginger crab» bland? It didn’t taste like ginger OR crab. It tasted like… I don’t know, nothing. Like it had been steaming for so long that all the flavor had come out. Don’t hold your crabs for so long in the steamer!

Without a doubt… and this is no exaggeration, I have found this to be the BEST chinese buffet in Oklahoma City area, I have been to many Chinese buffets in Oklahoma City, been to ones on the NW side of OKC, near Quail Springs mall, but this place has it all, selection, quality, and cleanliness This buffet has your traditional type things you would find at a chinese buffet… broccoli beef/chicken, egg drop soup, fried rice, etc. But then they also have a vast group of other food that you may not expect at a usual chinese buffet, some American food, but they also have a sushi area, hibachi grill, and even a area that cooks ribs straight off the grill, The place is very clean and is very big, gots lots of tables so it’s great for groups, even with it’s size though I have never seen this place empty, always has many people in it! If you have never tried Hibachi Supreme Buffet you are missing out on the best Chinese buffet in the OKC area, try it now! :)

It sure has been a while since I returned to this place and I wasn’t sure why. My last impression was pretty bad but this time, it wasn’t too bad. I actually enjoyed it much more than I did the first time. The sushi wasn’t all that great but it was much better than before. It was pretty crowded when I went here, but there was still enough room to accommodate. The ice cream comes in these little plastic cups, which I thought was more sanitary than the communal spoon in the murky water that you typically find at buffets.
