Got a mani/​pedi here and they did an awesome job. They were super friendly from the moment I walked in the door. Will definitely be going back!

OMGOSH! I went for a massage (from Dee, who bragged about her being the one and only) and first off, the she did not ask if I had any problem areas or suffer from migraines etc. So once I was on the table, I figured I would tell her my most tense areas. I had suffered all day long from tense shoulders/​neck. She spent less than 10mins on that area. I kept telling her the pressure was too much and that she was not hitting the spots I wanted and her response was «It’s coming, I’m getting there, be patient… I always have to tell my mom I GOT YOU. I imagine myself getting a massage and what I want so that’s what I do». I wanted to say are you freakin kidding me??? I don’t care what your body wants, i’m telling you what and where I want and you are not paying any attention!!! She didn’t keep her hands lubricated. I asked her really focus on my lower back where my arch started down to the beginning of my «crack». Somehow she ends up massaging (extra hard, even though I’ve told her it hurts) my buttocks down to the bottom of my thigh. I was scared to even ask her to work on my shoulders in fear it would be too painful because they already hurt and she had no finesse at all. I left with my head hurting worse and when I told them, they said oh u must be really relaxed, got that drunk feeling. Um no, I feel like complete sh! t…I actually got annoyed throughout the massage and was extremely close to telling her to stop and walk out. Then, the woman at the front desk assumed I was giving a tip and says «do you need change for your tip or will you be leaving it on a card, minimum $ 10» I just sat there with my mouth open, eventually saying I don’t have a cash and i’m not leaving $ 10. She decided to give me a card and make mention that Dee was a certified some or another. *rolls eyes* The massage she gave me was barely worth $ 10. Hell I could give a better massage than she did! I plan on placing this BAD review for their BAD service everywhere I can. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I’m not sure we’re to begin… parking is horrible… the atmosphere is o.k. the music is not what imagine at a nail/​spa place not very relaxing. Customer service needs some improvement how can a person relax when every few mins the nail tech is getting up to work on some else’s nail/​toes… what is the point of scheduling an appointment when you have to sit there for an hour more before they staff will begin notice that you are there for some type of service. Well I was there for a mani/​pedi about 2 hours later I leave with only a pedi then told that I could turn the AC on in my car to get my nails to dry faster… lastly how can you ask a person to leave a tip one that is very tactful two gratuity is earned! From the service one receives… lesson learned read the reviews.

Would not recommend. Bad atmosphere, check in was unfriendly. Massage itself was fine other than two major complaints…
1. Music was terrible. Some if the playlist was typical massage music but some was like an action movie scene or civil war trumpets
2. The end was a facial massage. I have never had a facial massage except for during a facial and I asked my friends if I was being a baby and they said they’ve never had that either. Felt nice, but should have asked first because it rubbed off my makeup and the massage oils from the other parts of my body were probably still on his hands. For someone with sensitive skin and not near the house, it’s inexcusable as I will definitely break out

Sweet staff, but worst manicure/​pedicure. It took longer than normal and relatively unprofessional atmosphere. I don’t want it to hurt their business, but it was really not worth the money! I considered taking off the polish when i left :/​/​Hopefully it will improve.
