I had a great shopping experience. Travis and the others were very helpful, and there were no high presssure sales tactics. The set up of the store was conveniently arranged by mattress type (e.g. firm, plush, pillowtop, tempurpedic), which sped up the selection process. Their product knowledge was excellent, too.

Steve is the guy you want to see. He is knowledgeable and friendly. We came in and found the perfect mattress in less than an hour. We tried out a dozen mattresses. He knew the facts on every single one! I was impressed at his ability to help us agree on a mattress, and not be hovering or pushy.
