Usually come here in the mornings to get iced coffee on my way to work but they often mess up my order. Instead of a hazelnut iced coffee I wind up with a caramel iced coffee with a shot of hazelnut or something else that’s not right and tastes gross. Really frustrating when it’s not a hard order to mess up. They need to pick up their service.

The staff is inept. I realize most of them are high school kids, this is probably their first job, I get it, and I give them some leeway for that, but they’re also rude, and I don’t give them leeway for that. Some of the food was hot, that’s the one star, but my burger was room temperature and gross, even by McDonald’s standards. Even for all of that I probably wouldn’t bother writing a bad review on Unilocal.However, they were also lazy. At the drive thru she said, «will that be all?», I said yes, then immediately said«wait I forgot something». Not cool, I know but I really did forget something. Her reply? «Sorry I already put in your order, you’ll have to change it at the window». What? I’ve been ordering in drive thrus for about two and a half decades and I can say with all confidence that is the first time I’ve heard that. Girl was too lazy to change my order. Then I get up to the second window, ask for ketchup and the girl just drops some in my hand. Literally drops them. I only ended up with about half, the rest fell on the ground. Then she just turned and shut the window. Yea you have a nice day too lady… Never going back there.

I came in to get a few parfaits for the boys and myself. I was waiting at the counter got several minutes without being acknowledged, even though the manager looked at me… I’m assuming it’s a manager. She was the only one wearing a white shirt. I finally have someone come to take my order, I pay and wait… And wait… and wait. After a while, they cone and tell me they don’t have enough made. The same manager came to me to explain but had to have someone else translate because she didn’t speak fluent English. You’re a manager… And you can’t speak English fluently? I respect the fact that it isn’t her first language and she is trying to adapt, I just think it’s funny she is a manager… and can’t speak fluent English. It boggles my mind. Anyway, I had to wait an insanely amount of time for parfait.

This place is horrible. First of all they don’t listen and missed everything on my order so I had to go in and buy what they missed. Then I get home to feed my daughter her happy meal with 4 nuggets only to find 2.3 nuggets. 2 whole and a piece of one… Literally. Disgusting place and disgusting staff
