Subway

Pretty good Subway and really convenient being connected to Crest. Have never experienced poor service at this location. They can be a little slow at times depending on the time of day you visit and employees that are present. The day shift crew, from my experience, is always on point. One of the lady employees during the day has my wife’s order down and she is always in a good mood and very generous with the toppings. Whenever I visit in uniform she goes out of her way to ensure I get a nice fresh loaf of bread, instead of one that may look a little flat or cut funny.

Recently visited this location. It is relatively new and cleaner than most Subway locations but the staff failed to make my sandwich correctly (failed to heat the meat completely) and proceeded to further fail to fix the problem correctly (stuck the sandwich in the microwave — bread and all) when I complained. I contacted the management via the Subway website who did respond by phone around 2 weeks later to apologize, get the details of the visit and indicate the employees had been re-​instructed to how handle some aspects of making their sandwiches. I was also given a free sandwich to replace the one I essentially left at the counter while the errant employee was failing to fix the problems with it.
The place needs improvement in the employee arena but fortunately that is perhaps the easiest improvement to undertake. Fortunately the management seems willing to make those improvements. The low rating is for the poor service I received but hopefully Unilocal readers who visit this location will reap the rewards of management’s improvements to the service.
Also, unrelated to service, the Google Map location is incorrect. It shows this location further west than it really is by around 1 mile. The store is on the SW corner of May Avenue and SW 104^th St. Google has been notified.
