worst wendys I’ve been to. every time I go my fried are cold, last time I went the employee named Adriana F. was so rude to me and questioned on what I ordered, it really offended me.

Waited in drive thru for 25 minutes. Employee didn’t speak very good English. As soon as I pulled up to the drive thru speaker I was told to hang on a few minutes. Employee should have said«thank you for choosing Wendy’s we are currently experiencing some issues would you mind waiting a few minutes?» Terrible! Dave would be pissed.

The looks of this place will fool you!!! First person ask us can I help you not welcome no good afternoon nothing! Can I help you? Ummm yes you can! Dumbass… then another woman said it I was like wtf I told them I needed a min please! Then when I started to order they told me to hold on!!! Wow really??? They told us to pull up to the first window and didn’t even repeat our order!!! After all the bs we went through they didn’t give us straws and acting like we needed to go to hell bc we honked the horn to get their attention… Y’all don’t want your job I can tell by the way all these kids are playing around! And someone must have got the old ass French fries from the ocean bc it sure tasty salty as hell!!! Never again will I go here and I’m doing your survey on the phone next!!! Hope that will get y’all to acting right!

I was extremely disappointed here. This place has really gone down. The food was fine and the place was clean. No problems there. The problem lies within the service. The young lady running the register was completely incompetent. She would take an order and then go stand by the fry machines and just stand there and watch the food be made and wait for fries. She didn’t even give us our drinks. I had to finally ask another employee if we could have our drinks. In the meantime, there was a line of people behind us waiting for their order to be taken. She continued to stand by the fry machine. We even tried to get her attention and ask her for our drinks or why she was ignoring everyone else but nope, she was in la la land. We went back up for frosties after we ate. She made them for us, handed them to us and proceeded to start to walk off. My husband had to get her attention and flag her down so we could pay her. Are you friggin kidding me? The manager was there helping to make sandwiches and keep drive through flowing and I couldn’t understand why the manager was not telling her to take people’s orders, get their drinks, DOSOMETHING other than stand by the french fries. I thought Wendy’s had higher service standards then that. Dave Thomas would roll in his grave if he knew.

I don’t typically review fast food chain restaurants, I’m going to just say this. Blech. Ok, I’m going to say this too, Hey lady at the first window — where the customer is to pay– don’t take 5 minutes to get to the window to take my $ 2 for a frosty. And I heard your snide comment as I drove 10 feet forward to get my frosty. Nice management skills.

I work in the area and have been to this restaurant several times. The service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. I will not be back.
