They always have the best soup, and if you’re a state employee, you get a discount! I usually call ahead to see what the soups of the day are, but its never a disappointment.
There is free parking out front and when entering tell the security guard you are going to the café and then proceed to the 3rd floor.
Everything is made fresh when you order it. One of my favorite things is the club salad, and I’m not a huge fan of salad. It must be the peppered bacon they use.
