The service during my visit was impressive. I was welcomed cheerfully, and my order was delivered to my table with a smile in about five minutes. My chicken sandwich had a juicy, thick, grilled breast with fresh veggies on a tasty bun. I usually prefer meaty fries, but the shoestring fries were tasty, and not too bad. The dining area was spacious and spotless. Nice!

I’m not a huge fan of their burgers or ice cream(besides their pumpkin pie flavor) but I love the fries with their zesty sauce! Usually I prefer the standard cut and shy away from shoestring but these are pretty sweet! Employees are sweet and polite as well. It’s a nice stop. :)

Really good place with reasonably priced burgers. Get their fry sauce(free) to dip your fries(and maybe burger occasionally) in.

We first tried Freddy’s in Wichita and we’re so happy to see them open so many restaurants in the area. We love the fries so much! I could probably make a meal out of the fries. We tried almost everyone the menu. My kids always get the chicken tender. The bf orders either a hot dog, burger or chili. I usually get the California single patty. The concretes are good. But I like the oreo sandwich.

The bacon cheeseburgers are delicious. I don’t care for the shoestring fries, but they’re okay.

I don’t go inside fast food joints that often but the atmosphere of this particular location caught my eye. Not due to the beautiful red and white logo that gives you a 50’s diner feel. What lured me into the parking lot Was the well kept lawn and shrubs and steady flow of costumers. The outside appearance only made me wonder. I wanted to see the inside. Immediately I noticed it was clean, upbeat and relaxing. The menu was vast yet not confusing. You can get all american beef hot dogs grilled next is partner the sourdough bun it lays in with your choice of many different toppings. All the way down to something as simple as a vanilla ice cream cone. The service was superb. I was met quickly and with glee. The cashier had a great knowledge of the menu which made my decision that much easier. The food is made fresh so I didn’t mind waiting 5 – 7 minutes for my meal to be properly prepared. I went to the men’s washroom to wash my hands and the floors, toilets and walls were spotless. You could’ve eaten in there(I wouldn’t recommend it cause that’s gross) but it was that clean. My number 293 was then called I got my tray and found my seat. A manager came by halfway through my meal to ask if everything was OK and if he could get me anything. Also after I finished another employee bussed the rest of my leftovers and disposed of it. I’m think I’m about go try some dessert now. Come meet me there. I’ll be the guy stuffing his face full of frozen custard.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. They made my concrete wrong and didn’t want to make me a new one. The help had no idea what was going on AND one of the workers talked TERRIBLE about me and my family overheard it. How unprofessional. She was completely out of line. I did not say one bad word to anyone. I say she should be immediately fired and the place should get BETTER management. Severely mad. I will never come back and I will make sure she has consequences.

Fantastic burger and fries. The burger are juicy, with amazing flavor and richness. Normally I don’t like shoe string fries, but these are divine. This place went from 1 location in 2002 to over 100 in 12 years, anyone that says it’s not good probably should just eat at home. You don’t grow like that on bad food.

Really bad. I was excited to try the new«Freddy’s» after Backyard Burger closed. What a disappointment. For one thing, their fries are just fried lard — where are the potatoes? I guess that’s a personal preference, but still — the fries suck. They’re shoestring fried lard. Secondly, my sandwich was a sloppy mess with an insulting couple of bland lettuce leaves on it, a tomato that looked like it was pulled out of the trash, and a chicken«breast» that was a slimy undercooked mess. I actually spat some of it out because I was afraid it was raw. I hope I don’t get sick. The gal at the window was clueless. I asked for mayo which was not included after the gal confirmed that I had asked for it. Basically there was no care or love put into any of their food or service. I’d heard lots of good things about«Freddy’s» but I will never go back again. Lifetime ban. Gross food.

I love Freddy’s but I’ve been here twice since they opened and both times they’ve forgotten multiple items(drive thru). Check your bag before you leave. I drove all the way home the first time…

Freddy’s has opened a lot of locations around the KC Metro in recent years, and I’m not complaining about that. The burgers are similar to Steak and Shake or Culvers. I think Freddy’s steak burgers are superior to those other two chains. The burgers are juicy and seasoned perfectly. Be prepared to use lots of napkins. I’m not a big fan of the tiny fries that they serve, but the fry seasoning and fry sauce more than make up for that. I have not tried the custard yet, so no comparisons to Culvers on that front.
