We showed up at 10:28 to the drive thru with 4 people in line. We were eating dinner late due to a graduation and it was at the top of our few options for fast food. Sign on door says drive through closes at 11 but they were telling everyone that they were closed. Pulled up to the window to ask what was going on and they just gave us hand motions to leave! I could see the female Manager completely ignoring us in the back room, counting money. I’ve worked in the food industry long enough to say this was the shittiest of customer service!

I’m giving them 1 star as 0 stars is not an option. I got to the drive thru line at 10:35pm behind 2 other cars. When we got to the speaker we waited 15 minutes with no response. We tried talking loud and even yelled at 1 point. After the 2 cars in front of us got their food we drove straight to the window without ever getting a response at the drive thru speaker. At the window we were told the fryers were off. This was about 10:50pm. The employees told me they close at 10pm when the sign clearly states the drive thru is open untill 11pm every night. I asked to speak to a manager. The«manager» walks up and asks if I have a problem. The manager claimed that 3 employees had their drive thru headphones on and didn’t hear us.(impossible as 1 of my teenagers was yelling out the window). I then asked for the name/number of the franchise owner. The«manager» claimed to not know who that was. I then asked for the name/number of the general manager and I was told«you don’t need to be so rude» 3 of the rudest customer service employees I have ever encountered!

Out of tomatoes, catchup, ice(in dining dispenser), out of chocolate frosty mix. Took 6 minutes to take my order after I got to the register. Order was wrong when delivered, which I discovered was because they were out of tomatoes, but had not bothered to tell me. Asked for fresh fries since mine had sat in the tray for a long time. They replenished them with others that had been sitting. Par for the course in my experience at this worst-of-all-Wendy’s.

My dine-in lunch order was ready in about two minutes. The service at the counter was somewhat friendly, and helpful, while the dining area was nice, and clean.

Service was slow and rude. We waited a long time to even start our order, then we were rushed through it and not allowed to finish before having our heads bitten off with interruptions. Will not be going back.

Well. I wanted it to go well. I really did. But yet again, order was wrong. I’ve gotten into the habit of having to pull into a parking spot to check the accuracy before going all the way home. Glad I did. Even though the receipt is always right, the order never… ever… is Last visit ever I’m afraid

I am shouting out a big thank you to Wendy’s for adding the new pulled pork sandwich. If you like great barbecue, try this sandwich. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised when we bit into this huge burst of southern barbecue flavor. Please don’t try to compare this to your favorite barbecue joint. However, it’s a very good choice when you are having a quick dinner at Wendy’s. Another nice choice at Wendy’s is their chili and their baked potato. I do love Wendy’s!

I have always liked this Wendy’s. I can order some crazy orders and they always get it right. After my weight lost surgery and my need for no carbs, I would ask for no bread. They actually had a «no bun» button that would pop up on the screen. lol This was before the no carb/lettuce wrap wave hit the market. Although, not always the over friendly. I just need correctness as I pass through the drive-thru. When Wendy’s first started their breakfast a couple years ago, I didn’t like it. With all the crazy commercials I finally went and tried it again. I’m addicted. Not all Wendy’s have breakfast, but this one does. It better! It’s near a truck stop with a 24hr McDonalds, Burger King, Waffle House, IHOP, and a couple motels and a hospital next to it.
