Dr Monzon and the staff at Pediatric Associates of Olathe are fantastic health care providers. I’ve been going there for a bit over two years now and they are always courteous, thorough and gentle with my two little ones. Dr. Monzon is very knowledgeable, and takes time to answer all my questions and addresses all my concerns. I could not ask for a better provider for my children. The lab staff are also very good with children. Both my children are difficult to draw blood from, and they always get it GENTLY the first try. The check out receptionist is so delightful, the children AND I can hardly wait to say hello to her and schmooze her out of a few stickers!
If I had one complaint, it would be the front reception staff. I have been made to wait as long as 15 minutes before being called to check in, because the front desk staff were chatting too much to notice a new name on the sign in clipboard.
