Quest Diagnostics

I love the location of this Quest Diagnostics because it’s near my work and not located inside a busy Medical building like the Quest Diagnostics in Overland Park Medical Center. Even though I made an appointment online to do a routine lab test, I walked in and found no one in their large waiting room (definitely not the case for the location in Overland Park).
One thing that I found about Quest Diagnostics is that their staff is very friendly. I love that each staff I have interact can bring up a good conversation. They make the process go by quickly. Also, I recommend making an appointment online. It’s very quick and easy.

I’m never excited about going here, but that’s because I’m a light weight and I hate having my blood drawn. However, if you’re doctor order’s diagnostic testing this is a nice place to come and there are many locations all over town.
They talk walk-​ins, but the wait can be long. They take appointments and those are highly recommended for tests that are time sensitive or if you need to bring in specimen.
One cool thing is they have a mobile app so you can get your results easily and quickly.
The nurse who did my blood draw was friendly, quick and gentle. I usually pass out when I have blood drawn so she let me lay down and it wasn’t too bad.
Be sure to check with your insurance company to find out your coverage and if this is a good option for you.
