Recently I attempted to order my very first pizza from this particular Pizza Hut only to have the person whom answered the phone yell at me because her computer could not find my address (for delivery). My address has not changed since the building was constructed in 2001, but somehow it is my fault Pizza Hut’s computer cannot find me. To make matters worse, I am only three miles from the store. I attempted to provide directions from their store only to be snipped at.
Absolutely awful customer service or even human decency. Pizza Hut, this was your one chance and you totally screwed it up! I hope you are proud of yourself and your employees. Guess who I just ordered from???

This location had a nice enough staff, but my order was completely messed up. The amount of marinara sauce that came with my breadsticks was also laughable.

Every time I order carry out I end up waiting. Today they «lost» my order after waiting 20 minutes. When they told me they would remake the order and I asked them to just deliver it I was told it would cost me. I give up with this location. Never organized and always messing up orders.

This is my delivery pizza hut since I moved to Olathe in 2003. All of Olathe Pizza Huts are not on the KC metro 888 number. You have to call them directly. Until a couple years ago you couldn’t use the online web page to order either. Which was a super disappointment. Before the move I use to order online all the time. Thank goodness they finally figured out that they needed to give in somewhere. I usually order online now.
Only downside I’ve had with them is getting my extra sauce on my pizza. On the reverse, if you do a carryout (they have a drive thru window) and ask for extra sauce they usually won’t charge you.
