Pizza Hut

Was visiting with relatives who live near the Pizza Hut on Sat., 11 – 14, and decided to order two large pizzas to go that evening. When we got back with the pizzas they were both burnt to the point that the crust was so crispy it was not edible. One pizza was a pepperoni and the pepperonis on it were so crispy that they broke in half. We did not return the pizzas as everyone was hungry and it probably would have been another hour to get new pizza if the restaurant chose to replace them. We ate what was edible and threw the rest away and will never order from this restaurant again nor will our relatives.

Disgusting greasy, but it hits the spot.
Was really craving something out of the ordinary, when I noticed that they were offering cheesy pretzel crust pizza. I immediately ordered one online with extra pineapple, and a honey sriracha glaze.
¹⁰⁄₁₀. Would eat again. I only wish they were still offering the hot dog pretzel crust pizza…

Great classic Pizza Hut. What you expect salad bar. No frills but you get what you order – the basics.

Just ordered the $ 17.99 family deal. Didn’t get cheese bread and charged me $ 22.95. Called and they said that’s not what I ordered. They refunded the difference but no cheese bread. Order the same thing for the World Series yesterday with no problems. Post if they have done this to you. I have been buying pizza from this location for 16 years but never again.

Due to a momentary lapse in good judgement, I got online and ordered a pizza from this location for delivery. Half Hawaiian and half Beef Fiesta Taco. The website describes Beef Fiesta Taco as «beef, onions, and diced tomatoes». When it was delivered, I checked the pizza right away (a learned behavior due to the frequency of Pizza Hut errors). It was only beef on the Beef Fiesta Taco side. I stopped the driver as she walked to her car and informed her. She was polite and asked me to call the store to ask for a correct pizza to be sent out. By this point I had waited 55 minutes so I asked if they would want the pizza back or if I could start feeding my kids (it was 7:30p by this time). She told me to go ahead and feed them and that the store wouldn’t be wanting the pizza back. I called the store and explained the situation to the girl who answered the phone. She transferred me to the manager. The manager explained that they make their Beef Fiesta Taco differently than the website describes. What I received was still different than what she described, but that’s neither here nor there. I wanted it the way the website described it… the way I ordered it. She again insisted that they make it differently. She also suggested that I should send the mistake pizza back with the driver when the correct one is delivered… in 45+ minutes! I told her that I could not make my kids wait until 8:15p to eat. The longer we talked, the shorter and snippier she got. Tired of her attitude, and fairly confident that by this point my pizza would be spit in, I wound up asking for a refund (which happened in two parts because the first refund fell short of my total bill, so I had to ask for the rest of it) and eating the mistake pizza (which tasted ok I guess). There are too many other, better pizza options around to deal with the headache of this Pizza Hut’s frequent errors and the high-​school-​girl-​like attitude of the Jenna the manager.

I have used this location a few times with very little problems, but be aware that they do not accept some of the online promos that Pizza Hut sends out to those registered online. Needless to say, it’s quite annoying to receive an offer from the business itself, only to find out that you can’t really get it after all.
