Worst customer service ever. After the employees waited on customers not in the order they came in I ask if there were numbers or someway to be sure I was in the correct line. I was told«if you don’t like the way we run things go somewhere else!»

I purchased the home telephone and the mobile device combo bundle here after hearing about it on the commercial and I was very disappointed. The bundle had come with the outdated telephone model. I was planning to meet with a friend of mine for lunch yesterday, but I was breaking up due to the faulty reception. I found that the mobile device was not much better. It did not come with the touch screen that many new-age devices have today, nor was it a «smart» phone. For this reason I have taken to calling it a «dumb» phone! I was not able to meet with my friend for lunch yesterday, so I will not be shopping at Sprint again. Do not purchase your telephone here.

This store used to be good but the new people are lost and not very friendly. They made me wait for 25 minutes for ONE simple question I had regarding the promotion I received in the mail the day before from their new CEO. The monitors were not working to know who’s turn it is and the front girl was serving people out of order. The new assistant store manager at this location is a jerk! Upon objecting and asking for fair service, he yelled back and said they are busy! Yes, I could see how. While I was waiting by the door for 25 minutes, 2 counter people went out for smoke break, one went out to buy a soda, yet the assistant manager just knows how to yell back instead of trying to manage the place and keep customer satisfied. Don’t think I go back. Can’t wait until my year or so left to switch.

Ridiculous Being a premier customer doesn’t mean anything. All the years that we were at Sprint meant nothing. They lied, screwed up our bill and did nothing to rectify their poor quality of customer service. I blame the manager at this location because he didn’t have the balls to speak to us himself after the thanked us for being loyal customers and to contact him with any issues. Instead we had to deal with the poor sales associates.
