This store is an absolute dumpster fire and so is Sprint. I have(had) an LGG4, which Sprint knew had problems back in Sept ’15, but yet didn’t say anything to their customers about it. I guess they just assumed that when the phone eventually broke(bad hardware) that I’d show up at their store to get it fixed. Well… that’s what happened and what am I met with? Absolutely atrocious customer support. I explained the problem and they said because I have insurance on my phone, Sprint will get it fixed at no cost to me… which is nice I guess, however, their policy on replacement phones really needs to be looked at. I didn’t do anything to cause my phone to break, yet I’m punished because their policy is to give me a «courtesy loaner phone» and not an actual suitable replacement of equal value… I know you’re dying to know what my loaner phone was… yeah, it’s a snappy Samsung flip phone… so not only am I paying for a phone I don’t have, but I’ve also traveled back in time to the turn of the millennia. I work off of my phone! I’m losing business/money by not being able to check emails! And what’s great is that I get to have this flashback phone for a whole 6 days because of their shipping policy! The part that really gets me is their smarmy attitude to my displeasure(which wasn’t me yelling or anything like that). They ACTUALLY said they were doing me a favor by giving me a phone to use while my new one was being shipped! Are your friggin kidding me? How’s about you going over to the sales section of the store, 2 steps away, opening up one of your little drawers, and hand me the exact model phone I’m paying for. It’s not that complicated. It’s immensely frustrating that you can’t give me a brand new, working, phone, when you have several in stock in the building I’m standing in because you have to work with the insurance company. You guys need to work out the issue with the insurance company. That’s not my problem.
