The staff is great and very helpful too, this is a outlet place and not u regular store, I had add on to my att and than return the product I didn’t like and she had canceled the product, than a month later I gotten charges for it, I went back and she was very helpful and went back into computer and talked to att, thank you customer service is what she did

Idiots. ATT chat said I had to go to store to get a longer ethernet cable for our router. Go to ATT store, they say they don’t have them and I would have to order from St. Louis. Explained ATT Chat said I had to go to store. Spoke with manager, he said I could go to Best Buy and buy one. I asked him what specifically should I ask for, Cat6, 5e, 5 etc. He said he didn’t know. Asked him how I was supposed to get correct cable at Best Buy if I didn’t know what to ask for. He said they’d know at Best Buy. And this idiot is a manager!

Never go without appointment. Super long wait times. Also RUDE staff. Even after name was on top of wait list on the screen, was passed over for a customer known to staff. Wouldn’t go there again.

(Pause) «So, you’re basically penalizing me $ 25, the cost of a new prepaid activation, for not keeping a plan with you for all these months.»
(Pause) «Yes, sir, you could characterize it that way.»

So the smartest move for smartphone users from Europe visiting the states is to get a prepaid SIM to put in your phone or a spare smartphone you have. AT&T has a great $ 60/​month plan with unlimited calls and texts and 2.5 gigs of data at high speed, and unlimited data after that at 128 kb. Amanda was the person to help me and she got me in and out of there in about 20 minutes after I had waited 10 minutes after signing in. Can’t ask for more, especially in December. Thanks guys.
