I’ve went in here several times and every time but once has been a horrible experience. The rep was very rude to me and no help. He wouldnt even help me file a claim, he said i had to do it on my own. Then while i was doing my claim there on the computer, he started helping someone else and completely ignored me when i would ask for assistance. When he did respond to me he was very rude and made it seem like i was wasting his time. I will never go back to that t-mobile location
